41:52 you could have actually gotten a straight flush here - the 4-card straights and flush jokers allows you to get a straight flush even if the 4 cards that make the straight are different suits, as long as with the 5th card you still have 4 of the same suit. so in this case, A spade, K diamond, Q spade, 10 spade, and 2 spade would be a straight flush.

It's really interesting how hard "straights can be made with one-card gaps" and "straights and flushes can be made with four cards" makes scanning for straights and especially straight flushes. Like at 38:10 it's so weird to think that 4S, 6S, 8H, 10S, AS is a straight flush because "4-6-8-10" counts as a straight and four spades counts as a flush.

I don't know how much help I can be when I myself am just as stuck in this game. Kinda like asking the cookie monster to help with your cookie addiction, you're not gonna get what you're looking for here.
