Hi - often have multiple CSV files and need to import them into 1 workbook and have each csv file on it's own sheet. How may I import all files onto it's own sheet, at the same time. At present I open csv file then create copy to the single workbook. this take time especially when I am doing it a few times a week.
1:38 If you are using non-Alphabetical language, you should choose "65000: Unicord (UTF-8)" rather than "1252: Western European (WIndows)". ua-cam.com/video/jwMa5pcm-3o/v-deo.html
My importer only has a drop-down for file type, not delimiter or data type detection. Any ideas on how to fix this? I'm using Office 365, version 2407.
I was able to fix this by changing the extension from .txt to .csv and unselecting the option "From Text (Legacy)" in the Data tab of options, under "Show legacy data import wizards"
Hi, quick question, once you already imported CSV file into excel, can you process the data already with excel formula? I tried doing it but it doesnt process. Formula cannot detect the values.
THANK YOU! I will save many hours of work thanks to your video.
