I can’t keep track anymore on how many of Michelle’s video’s USED to be what I thought ‘her greatest’ work.
Here is yet another. I suppose it’s impossible to determine the loveliest of trees, flowers, or glowing pumpkins as well?
Maybe it’s just me or timing, but this was another utterly dumbfounding, mind numbing, blissful listening experience.

I’m working my way back to the older stories, some I haven’t listened to and some that I didn’t even make it through the intro and meditation! So relaxing and my sleep is so much better. Even through my husband’s snoring 😂❤

I too relisten to many of Michelle’s stories and meditations, and sure as eggs is eggs I discover some new insight I hadn’t grasped previously. The reason for this is probably due to my essential need or desire for love and comfort. Both of those affects remain evergreen no matter which story I revisit. 🕊️💕
Autumn is in the air and pumpkins are everywhere! Even in NYC, I took my pup to Riverside Park this weekend and there was a random big pumpkin just sitting proudly on a park bench. If only that pumpkin has been as magical and inspiring as those in this week's enchanting sleep story and seasonal guided meditation. I wanted to combine the allure of pumpkin spice and everything nice (a divisive subject, I know) with an opportunity for you to feel good, find healing, and manifest positive things for yourself as we transition into a new season.
