Hi, Jan I’m only about 45 minutes in but am already learning great information from you. The idea that adding the trans gives a nicer finish when sanding and buffing I don’t think I ever heard so thanks for that. You are always so generous with giving information in your videos.
Oh Jan, I made a mistake in my comment earlier. I just pulled out the BlendAngles I bought on CreateAlong, which is where I also purchased your cane cradles. In my first comment I mentioned another seller of clay tools and that was totally wrong. I am sorry for any mix-up I may have caused and I did enjoy your video thoroughly. In fact, I am watching it again as I do want to make a “Broken Brain” can- love the name and the cane is beautiful❣️
Hi Jan, firstly I purchased your bender angles and your six sided orange thingy. I’m watching this video because I don’t know how to use them. I’m working on your earring video, but I’ve been rather busy lately. Thank you so much for uploading this video for us that have your tools and don’t know how to use them. Really appreciate it.
@@lynnkeller8187 I work with rainbow blends quite a bit and a lot of my projects and with my other tools I do have other videos they’re older on my channel that explain the blend angles
Your cane's are lovely, can you mix fimo and primo sculpey and cernit clays together, will they harden the same ? I'm surely not going to assume all polymer clay is the same. Where you work with it I thought you could answer this for me. I find your designs really eye catching and lovely to look at. Thanks for sharing your videos.
@@darlene6969 yes you can mix them, but if you’re using them as individual colors for your blend, they may have different softness and firmness, and they may get wonky in your pasta machine because some softer than others and when you compress and reduce your cane, you may have distortion because of the different consistencies. baking temperature in time is different for some of the brands and that’s another issue I think fimo bakes at a much lower temperature I think if you make your cane and ad transition of one kind to all of your blended sheet. It may help balance out the differences, but still the baking temperature issue with the temperature differences can be a problem.
Man love your info and how much you show really great but the gun chewing or mint sucking is so distracting I can never watch them in full and I try and try cause I love your work.
I think it's kind of misleading to say it's possible to mix every color from the primaries. Especially if you then go on to say you use Wasabi to make your greens brighter. That tells me you know that especially bright and vibrant colors are impossible to mix. Why make that statement? Just say "most colors" lol

Absolutely beautiful designs, patterns and use of colours Jan, love your work and jewelery, thank you!!

Jan, I like the way you always show alternative ways to use tools. As usual, this tutorial is packed with information and inspiration. Thank you.

@@RamoArt it is it just depends on your level of skill in color mixing
