Bruh, not everyone has 2500ccal as their maintenance. Some of us gain weight by eating only 1600. They definitely can be this size judging by what they eat. Thing is, they didn't gain all of that overnight, it's a lifetime of eating in a caloric surplus.
When i lost my dog, i would eat throughout the night, and then that carried on into the day, before i knew it i was so obese but i couldn’t stop eating, i missed my dog so much (still do). But one day, i got so fed up, i felt so heavy and gross, i lost all that weight in a year. Sometimes we don’t think when we eat, we just keep eating hoping it will fill a void.
I used to overeat and be able to eat a lot, one day my body just stopped and I could not eat the same amount any more, I don’t know why because I wasn’t doing anything different. It was probably my body’s defense mechanism. Now that I’ve dieted I can eat a lot less and feel full. These people are probably not even hungry but pushing through because they want to and like the feeling of eating food, which is what I did. Especially if you’re laying around at home or in bed all day, you’re not gonna be hungry because you’re not using up any energy by exercising or working.
Ik this is an old comment but I’m always surprised how much I can eat when I get a Dominos. I eat between 1.5k-2k cals a day on average but the other day I ate over 3k cals just in a dominos. Obvs I very rarely have takeaways but for some reason when it’s dominos I could just eat for hours
I used to eat McDonald's all the time (recently like this year mostly cause it's the cheapest thing, like cheaper than just getting regular food for our house) and McDonald's makes me sick now with just one visit 😢
Eating while laying down is terrible for you. It can give you indigestion and acid reflux, not to mention how bad it can make you feel. You need to be upright whilst eating and generally active after eating, like going for a walk…

Idk what pizza ur eating but a Medium-sized pizza (8 slices): If each slice has 250 calories, the whole pizza would be around 2,000 calories (250 x 8 = 2,000). I absolutely agree. Although, of course, I highly appreciate the person's time and effort. As you said, a single slice would be at least 271 kcal. The dough balls could easily be 300-400 kcal. This means she had at least 1100 kcal just for that one plate of food.

As a kid my mom never let us eat unhealthy snacks/junk food except with her permission. Candy was a weekend treat from Grandma. Well for most people maintenance is anywhere from 2100 to 2700. Tho depending on height and weight it could be higher or lower. Tho females usually have a lower maintenance of 1700 to 2100, and most of these people are female so they are probably tripling what they need...
I don't deny stigma against them and the bullying they endure, that's real and it's not entirely about health. But, at the end of the day, they have the power to change their state, more or less. Disabled people, or short people, can't eliminate their struggle, no matter how talented they are in other areas of life, they will always have to do everything in spite of that one thing that makes them different in the eyes of society.

I am a 15 year old boy who needs to gain 4 kilos because I am very underweight. I do 4 tennis workouts and three gym workouts a week and with all those statistics I don't need more than 2700 calories a day These people should not do any physical activity, they should weigh +10 kilos more and they eat what I need to eat after training for snack. It is unfortunate
Also a lot of these content creators most likely missed out a lot of snacks they had throughout the day. It’s very common for overland obese people to unconsciously snack on something then forget about it. And I can say from experience since I used to be overweight but now I’m at a normal weight :)

It kinda worked for keeping me on the same weight, but I did a lot of yo-yoing since anythime I would break out of it at some social gathering to eat a portion of food like evribody else I would gain a whole kilogram in one sitting that I was wasting to loose for a week, and then I would be back to square one.

I know our stomachs adjust to how much we eat, but i just don't understand how anyone's stomach can adjust to those huge portions of takeaways
