Jonathan Torrey I know the guy in the center marched SCV and Troopers I think. I don’t know about the others
Josh Hirner (the center) marched tenors for both troopers and SCV. The guy on the Josh Hirner's right( Nathan Rerick) marched snare for troopers and SCV and aged out in 2017. Im pretty sure they are the only ones.

Center marched SCV in 2018 and the guy on the far right marched Boston Crusaders

What notes do they tune their drums too?
Perfect pitch here! It's not exact (probably half-sharp/half-flat on a couple notes) but I hear:
Drum 4: F
Drum 3: G#/Ab
Drum 2: A#/Bb
Drum 1: C#/Db
And the spock, I'm not sure... I think it's usually an octave above drum 3 or 4. Hope this helps, one year late! ^^
