- I am showing how to wiring the STC-3028 temperature and humidity controller which is easy to make it can control heating by the heater and humidity by humidifier in Incubator and green house where we need controlled environment ,this STC-3028 controller is high quality which can work on 220v up to 1000 watts

Depends for what purpose u are using.For desert cooler, for temp I will stop (cut off) the fan at lower temp say 22°c and start the fan at 30°c. For humidity control, I will set my pump to start at humidity 40 and stop the pump at humidity at say 77.
How would you suggest the settings for STC 3028? Please let me know
It is setup for an incubator where temperature range is 37.5c to 38c and temperature is 55% to 60%

Sir, Can I use this for only humidity controlling?? Because I m using it for mushroom cultivation so I don’t need the bulb.
Yes it can also work for only one thing as well either temperature or humidity control
I have made the incubator with xhm452 but its reading and the htc1 meter's reading are not getting same. Its hard for me to check whether which one is giving riggt results.
So Umair can you hrlp me out
xhm452 is more accurate than htc1 you can try htc2 that is accurate but it still show 1 degree difference

@@mishalmalik5328 it is common thing that xhm452 have better temperature and humidity sensor than htc 1 , because htc1 also give 1 degree difference with w1209 as well

An aquarium air pump blowing through a bubble stone in a container that is vented (tubing) into the chamber. I believe the Q deals with controlling multiple pieces of equipment in the Humidification circuit, so if that's the case, yes, you can wire a humidifier/mist maker, an air pump, and a blower fan using this humidity output. My suggestion is to power an outlet box (2 gang/4 outlet) using the Humidity output wire (I use Yellow wire) as the Hot wire and connect the two 2 outlet plugs together with a white wire. Label the faceplate of this box so somebody else won't try to use it as an extention cord after you move on! This allows anything plugged into the outlets to get its power from the Humidity (load) relay of the controller... and you can plug for example 110v gear in, or 12v with a plug transformer... all nice and neat.
What about controlling over-temperature and dehumidification with fan controls. Is that manual or do you need a second controller, like an stc 1000 for heat/cooling and an stc 3028 for humidity and circulation fan?

You can choose xm18 series they can provide better results

@@ahmada.abdulrahman16 xm18 is complete system for incubator and it will use the power according to the need , you can place styrofoam sheets to reduce power consumption in incubator.

Yes it can be extended by joining wire but it might gives error in reading

It is a humidifier with LEDs
Amazon "mist maker". Consider getting a float as well as they need to be positioned at the proper depth. A float allows for a deep water chamber (less refilling) but optimal operation depth. See tullyRiverQuail channel for homemade float and discussion on pros/cons of this option

The sensor is for air humidity sensor it will not work in anything solid , you need soil humidity meter

Where does the light get its ground from if the white wire doesnnot go to the ground on the light and the red wire goes to both negitive and positive and the other end if the red wire goes to power on the socket side . Or am I having a dumb blonde moment lol

No temperature stays same if proper air circulation there
The power relay is only 10Amp. So depending on the current requirement of your heating element will determine how large chamber this will service, or you can wire it with the heaters power source providing its power, not the relay in the controller.

I need to understand if the humidity control output is able to manage the humidifier and the dehumidifier at the same time.
It only work on one thing at one time either humidifier or dehumidifier
As I thought, although some sellers claim that the device can control both at the same time... in fact my doubt was that since there is only one relay for the humidity output... it could not do it. The solution therefore is to use 2 stc-3028 and thus have 2 ways for heating/cooling and humidifier/dehumidifier.

Aorry but that is unnecessarily messy.
Stc 3028 doesn't have direct relay like stc1000, it need to be wired like this and it is going to be used away from controller so wires are necessary.

On the model I have live #1, then bridge to #7 and from #7 to #9.
Live out 8 and 10.
Neutral joined together from #2.
I'll post an image link of how I worked it tomorrow.
This thermo-humid controller is a failure, so many breeder failed due to this controller.
