Travis great job. You are a resourceful person. Mechanically inclined is a must when Blue water sailing and you've proven yourself over and over again. Cool how you met up with Spirit Animal. Looking forward to next video.
It's so awesome that Steph designed & engineered that whole table concept! Travis you did a fine job of following her direction for the install!? Haha! Great job on your fantastic multi purpose table creation!! I'm sure steph being in the same room. Did contribute somehow to your Success!? Ha!
Travis is pretty handy, like a button on the shirt. 😂 I’ve been on this channel so long… I remember the blonde hair. Step, dark looks great / better IMO 👍
Another great video guys awesome work on that table. It’s pretty clever, bro, you cut those videos every time Steph walks in front of the camera. She’s so perfect. She should be proud to show her off.
Good job. Our situation is different, of course, but we installed a Lagun table in our salon and we are very happy with it. We will buy another mount for the cockpit so we can use it for al fresco dining.
Great design. Great explanation of how to. Really enjoyed both crossings and times spent n Europe. Not sure how surpass that but I know you probably will. Love your post.
I have to say Travis another super cool install my man, for those wedges are you thinking that they will also swing into place? Like installed on the bottom of the table? Amazing little things that just make life and storage and eating/working easier bravo
Someone pointed this out already, but that "culture" is for tourists. Some better places to find real Caribbean culture are full moon parties at Kali's Beach Bar on Friar's Bay (they have pretty good jerked chicken and other Caribbean food as well during normal hours), Sunshine Shack on Rendezvous Bay Anguilla during the day (really good Caribbean BBQ and better people), or Bankie's Dune Preserve on an evening when Bankie decides he feels like performing (also on Rendezvous Bay in Anguilla). In general most places are geared toward tourists in St Maarten, and that is further watered down by the medical school, and the number of foreigners that live and work there. Anguilla is far more secluded and steeped in culture (you really learn the true meaning of island time there), but it is hard to traverse without a car, and most things are on the interior of the island except the few I mentioned and ULTRA posh resorts on the east side of the island (though there is a pretty well renowned one on Rendezvous as well, but it is pretty small).
Thanks for the recs! We actually were on the French side in St Martin and that particular even seemed to draw in more locals than tourists. Seemed like 90-95% were locals. We did notice the Dutch side is way more geared towards tourists and the cruise ships that dock there. Night and day difference between the two
Very cool solution & fix there Travis. Well done with minimum effort & materials. Adapt and Overcome. MacGyvering it to fit Jibsea crew requirements. I could see maybe- this idea of yours possibly making its way on to other cruiser's boats? U've heard of AI, well this is TI. Travis Intelligence. U might wanna trademark * patent pending this idea too. Good to see you & Steph back sailing the Carib and.. eating real deal Chips-Ahoy cookies.
What are your go to apps when sailing? For checking the weather radar? For navigation? Plotting your course? Or even looking for other boats in the water?
HI. Just a comment. Do you keep a stock of soft washers? Rubber, nylon or possibly fibre, just in case those wing-nuts un-wind themselves. They've got gravity on their side, just missing a bit of vibrating. Good job.
Yep we have some washers but not much nylon. If they unwound, we’d be surprised but they’d just fall into the cloth cover and wouldnt change anything. Only thing is if one were to dance on the table without wing nuts, the table may flip on said dancer 😅
most of us food are banned in Europe because all the chemicals in us food or they change the food and take the chemicals out so their different in Europe
Love the ingenuity in the table. ❤ More like this always appreciated.
More to come!
1000IQ table! Looks a lot better! Love that a bunch of the UA-camr cruising community knows each other and hangs out.
Travis, that 15:58 was a brilliant idea on the ottoman/table. To be able to solve a problem with creativity is a gift. It turned out beautiful
Travis great job. You are a resourceful person. Mechanically inclined is a must when Blue water sailing and you've proven yourself over and over again. Cool how you met up with Spirit Animal.

Travis , knocked out of the pack. Nice work on thinking out side the box. The amazing results speak for them selves.

Great job with 4 in 1 ottoman, Travis!

That was in Sint Maarten 😊

What are your go to apps when sailing? For checking the weather radar? For navigation? Plotting your course? Or even looking for other boats in the water?
Navionics, predictwind and navily
That's great 👍
Awesome job of pirate engineering.
Good job with the table. Cool
Great engineering Mr T
Necesitaríais varias vidas para comeros todos los pepinillos encurtidos que hay en Europa. Pero si somos los inventores!!!
Nicely done!! :)
Why did you use epoxy to glue the vinyl to the table instead of glue? Just because you had it at hand or for a specific reason? :)
More or less what we had on hand that worked. Other glues we’ve used have peeled off in the environment we’re on

So you've got a strap-on? Does that go with the leash and collar?😜❤️
Is there anything he can’t do?
