1️⃣ Kneeling Hops to Broad Jump 4 x 6
2️⃣ Plyo Push Ups 4 x 10 seconds
Rest 60 seconds between supersets
⏱ Circuit - 50 seconds of work/10 seconds of rest:
1️⃣ Crawl Push Up + Sit Out
2️⃣ Single Leg RDL ➡️ Jumping Lunge (repeat for time on the other side)
3️⃣ Push Up Shoulder Tap to Iron Cross (hold for 5 seconds)
4️⃣ Side Lunge to Curtsy Lunge (repeat on the other side for time)
5️⃣ Side Plank/Plank Knee Raise
6️⃣ Glute Bridge Hamstring Walkout
💭 Take a 60-120 second break and repeat for 2-4 rounds.
4 rounds of this is 🌶 as hell and you’ll be sweating 💦 like a champ. You can do it anywhere so try it out and let me know how it goes 👇🏼

This is a great workout, thanks for sharing. For the circuit, you do that 2-4 rounds. Then the finisher is the superset 2-4 rounds?
