“No one knows what they’re doing” if it isn’t the truth!! That definitely applies to everything in life. We are all trying to figure it all out.
Don’t be afraid to fail. If you fail, try again but this time it’ll be with experience.

Entrepreneurship is a path of life exploration. You can't make it, if you just rely on a certain skill.
You have to be well rounded within different things and especially dealing with emotions.

I love the idea of separating yourself from your failures. I really want to start my own business but I’m so scared to fail. Not only that I feel like I’m not good enough at what I do to be showing or giving other people advice on it. Even though I have a diploma in my field of nutrition and there are tons of people online giving nutritional advice with not formal training I just feel like I’m under qualified to be telling other people how to live a healthy lifestyle. Thanks so much for your videos I love listening to someone in my demographic give advice on business it honestly helps me feel like it is more possible for me. Thanks for being you! 🤗

What an insightful video Aileen!!😃🙌 Your thoughts on knowing when to move on from something that isn’t working really resonated with me. Sometimes I think we all get too attached to the investment we placed in things, instead of acknowledging when they’re just not working & simply moving on to better things (hopefully with greater wisdom). 💯 But when you started talking about avoiding the tendency to tie your success to your self worth... I was literally like, 🙌”Preach Honey!!!” I really hope people take the time to assimilate that one, because that was some deep wisdom right there!💯 Thank you so much Aileen for always delivering such thoughtful content!! 🤗 I know we all truly appreciate it!! 💯💕

To be honest, I can't help doing that but it feels better to believe in that.
In relation, comparing yourself to other people also contribute to this.

Hey Aileen! I loved this video so much :) "no one knows what they're doing" really resonated with me, as a senior in college yikes. honestly no one has a single clue on how to really be an adult or start a business. on one hand, it's super refreshing to know that my aimlessness and anxiety isn't unique, but on the other hand, it makes me a little sad to know that adults aren't as invincible as I perceived them to be in my youth.
Developing on the idea of being an entrepreneur, I was wondering how you dealt with loneliness/aimlessness when you were working by yourself (if that was ever the case for you)! I've recently found myself growing my own creative business and found that it's been really hard to create connections with people and find guidance and mentorship, especially in such a new and young industry.
Thanks for your videos as always :) Looking forward to the next one!

It's more that we can be more prepared and know that it will be Ok, as well as what pitfalls to avoid while we ourselves are going through the process and our own journey's x :-)
