I'm always excited for Gourmande Girls releases, there's to many palettes and I can't afford them all 😆. Purple is my FAVORITE eyeshadow color family, and almost every single release has me friggin drooling. May God bless 💙💙
I agree with you on the whole glamlite thing and choosing to be kind. I try to teach my daughter whose now in school the golden rule i had in elementary. Treat everyone the way you would wamt to be treated. ❤❤❤

Ohh thats a hard choice! The color story of Bitten is my favorite, but the shimmers in the Minka are so gooood! The mattes too of course, but the shimmers steal the show. I am filming my last look with bitten today!
@@ashesonmylashesheathereaglen I think I’m gonna go with the Minka! Milly (badtothebrow) said the Adept matte formula has improved as well. And this may sound nit-picky, but I don’t love the skinny rectangular shape of the Bitten palette. I have other palettes that the Minka (with her new luxe packaging) will fit next to nicely on my shelf. Still, that color story of the Bitten palette is perfection.. definitely not your typical Valentine shades. Yes this is a difficult decision 🥰
Cannot wait to see your video on Adepts Minka! I adored the original and have collected almost all adept palettes since before plain Jane, nihydrin and Heather Austin’s very first time releasing her palette. It has re released and restocked over the years but I bought mine from her first launch!

The rare beauty keychain blushes are super cute, but the only thing I would use them for would be travel. Clip them on your makeup bag or carry on. Other than that they wouldn't be practical for me they're cute tho, the packaging makes me want to buy them, and it might be a better option for me cuz they're smaller so I might actually pan them. Super cute, depends on the price. May God bless 💙💙
The new releases have been hard to pass up. Went through my palettes today to have some restraint and it worked. Even with a discount that adept palette is $72.10 without tax or shipping. Such beautiful brown shimmers in the new one but looking through my palettes I have plenty considering where I go. My home needs new windows and a furnace too so it’s time to use what make up I have. Would like to do some maintenance on my car as well since it just turned 6. A new starter and brake lines would be a great idea. Gonna need new tires as well this summer. That’s amazing that you’re going on the Greece trip. I thought I heard something about a Miami trip but if I don’t get to do that maybe something in 2026 would be fun to save for too. My plate is pretty full of things I need that are expensive for years to come. I also need new glasses and contacts and want a perm. I love make up but the buying part is very addicting. Just got an essence matte lipstick and it’s so nice! Not drying and the color lasted nicely as well. Got the Ulta brand lip liner to go with it and was extremely impressed with its quality too.
I’m in the same boat as you. I know i wouldn’t have as much makeup if I wasn’t so into beauty UA-cam but I love the products I’ve bought from brands I wouldn’t have heard from otherwise. I do want to use what I have. I want to be able to appreciate them. I agree with you that buying makeup can be addictive. You never run out of things to want.
That's such a fantastic idea, to look through what you have when you have the urge to buy. It's a great way to get excited for what's in your collection.
@ just watched your palette ranking video the day before this. What an amazing collection you have. Your eye looks are just as beautiful. It is so hard not to want it all. Being back into make up fit about a year I’ve spent quite a bit and now learning of all the indie brands and their palettes it really is hard to say no. They definitely know what we want 😆. Maybe I’ll get lucky sometime and win on a giveaway. Newer to your channel so I missed the latest but I do so love when creators do them and give back to their viewers.

There are a few UA-camrs where I watch every single video. I just started following you but I want to watch every single video of yours. I watched the Artitude video. Your looks were beautiful. I don’t always watch videos where I’m not interested in the products but I make the exception for you.
Also, I bought the Peach Perfect and it will be the first time buying from Gourmande Girls. I almost bought the warm toned colorful palette from Artitude but the shipping cost of $20 turned me off.

I am waiting for all the releases for Valentines Day.
I might be the only one but I usually like every Gormande Girls cover art, but I do not like the lips on the palette, if it was only bats, I would buy. The Diverune release might be something I pickup. I bought the Cheeryup x Freya_86 collab and some Dramo eyeshadow palettes, so I do not want to get swamped with eyeshadow palettes.
I feel bad for the owner of Glamlite. I remember when Glamlite was a favorite brand here on the UA-cam, and I personally really like the brand. I personally do not care if a brand releases a ton of eyeshadow palettes, and does only IP releases.

I love the Klarity Kosmetics eyeshadow palette color stories. But their shimmer formula is just too unstable. They self destruct and make a mess -sometimes even before it arrives! I won’t be buying again from them until I am reasonably reassured they have fixed their formula problems.

Regarding Glamlite, so many people talk about things they never property researched and they should. All it takes is one person spreading misinformation and it will spread like wildfire. It's not even cancel culture anymore. It's vengeance keyboard warriors out to destroy. At this point, I automatically take the side of the person/brand being attacked. If you want people on your side, be honest, be mature. Threatening people and bullying people is going to drive everyone away. This isn't how you gain allies.

I feel like redheads are somewhat discriminated against in the hair and makeup industry, especially with certain products. For example, look at those Super Fluff brow shades by Maybelline. I think I would’ve really liked that product, but all I see are blondes, brunettes, and a black. Nothing for gingers like me 😭
You’re totally right about that! It’s really unfair that there isn’t more diversity in the shades for redheads.
