Those buildings are already there. And yes it is cramped, has like a third of the parking of the previous stadium too
They will need multi-level parking. Surface parking is a waste of land.

For the love of god, how many Johnny Cash songs are these PR people going to ruin!? I didn’t think it was possible to make a song worse than the embarrassing remake of “ Folsom Prison Blues”. What would posses you to change the lyrics to “i kissed a man in Reno”? Now you defiled “Ring of Fire”. Johnny Cash is probably rollin over in his grave . The music doesn’t even correlate to anything in the video. Once again the Titans prove they are out of touch with the fan base.

@@Brokecapitalist New stadium has significantly less seating which will result in significantly inflated ticket prices, cookie cutter indoor stadiums that the teams are all moving to are very boring and repetitive, lack of a removable roof is going to lose the feel that has always made the Titans stadium great when open to the elements. Like the rest of the NFL, it looks and feels less like football and more like trying to just cater to the wealthy elite.

The state of Tennessee has never won a professional sports championship. 70 winless seasons. Sneakily one of the worst droughts in pro sports.
As a Titans fan I really hope they break the curse and I have a feeling it might happen when they get the new stadium.
