Will ofsted ask for proof of planning permission from your LA, as we are trying to set up a childcare on domestic premises? Would appreciate our help on this if possible 🙏
Do you have to have 3 members of staff in place before ofsted come and visit or can you get the staff once you have their approval? Would appreciate your help with this 🙏 Also whilst the application is going through will ofsted check with the council if you have your planning permission in place? Thanks again
Can you answer the question I asked at the weekend please. Do Ofsted check for planning permission with your la and do you have to have 3 members of staff in place for childcare on domestic premises before you apply or can you get additional staff once the application has been accepted??
@@chopperprime83 Hi - they will ask who the manger is perhaps, but you maybe the manger yourself. Not heard about a 3 staff rule before? I have registered 10 and also coach owners.

It is very unlikely that Ofsted will, this is all done through your local authority
