I suggest using the video and wearing Blue Kyanite around your neck to help with the chakra clearing. You may also wish to use a pendulum to clean your chakra regularly. A little over a year ago I began having constant neck pain that came with twitches that spread throughout my body. Sometimes my leg or arm would jerk, but it's usually my neck that cannot stay still for more than a few seconds. The jerks can be so small only I know they happened or they can be pretty noticeable sometimes. My necks hurts right now...I'm starting physical therapy soon but I want to receive some insight from someone who knows about chakras, energy and all that good stuff. If there's anything you can recommend please do. I've also started doing yoga a lot more, sometimes yoga for the neck specifically. Thank you :)
