I'm fascinated because a bit ago I was diagnosed with an acoustic Neuroma (brain tumor on the auditory nerve in the brain) and someone who saw my scan commented it looked like the shape of a little heart. I knew the connection between head/heart was the throat so was very open to the healing message. Got it. Listen to my heart!!

This is SUCH important information that I really needed to hear! These exercises are amazing... And I actually thought I knew quite a bit about Chakras! I'm only half through the video, but I've already have gotten big revelations from your teachings today. Thank you. I also got the Truth card from your Ask Your Guides deck as I pause to get my cards for today. The throat chakra is so important as it is a bridge way from the heart to the brain. I have always been intimidated by my throat chakra as I have had trouble speaking my truth. Have given myself so many excuses about it, because of my perceived difficulty is having a healthy throat center. Now my mind has been opened to the other ways healthy throat chakras are used. I am more motivated to overcome my blocks. Thank you. Can't wait to watch the 2nd half.

I can't thank you enough for this. I'm hoping to get my husband to start singing. I believe he has a good singing voice but he barely ever is above a whisper when he does sing and he really has a hard time talking to me and also a hard time hearing what I'm really saying
These are all great ideas sometimes we just get stuck and going back to a melody or a piece of poetry, or just listening to the wind, settles down and corrects anxiety

Thank you, Sonia! I've had a voice problem for more than 10 years. (Weak voice, sounding hoarse and breaking between certain sounds.) It started post long a period of severe stress and disappointment. Examination showed my right vocal cord is tensed up and therefore no longer flexible. Speech therapy didn't help. I'll try out your exercises.
Something happened to me, I saw my me inside me (inside my heart) in a big empty dark room trying to express herself... then I asked forgiveness to myself for not letting her express herself, and then I felt a blocked throat and I started screeming screeming, it felt very liberating, I was crying in the same time, and then I felt like I was going to throw up... it happened to me again this week when I was singing worship songs (I was rejected by the church 7 years ago because I'm gay) and I'm just starting to listen to worship songs again after all these years... Do you think it has to do with throat chakra or is it something else?
