DATA REPORT WITHOUT DATA ENVIRONMENT VB6

Hi I hv two tables one has employee name and another has twelve months salary details without dataenvironment which I hv to display in data report. Record will Display like one employee and his 12months salary details and another employee his name and his 12 months salary details and so on, but could not display all the records eith employee wise per page. Please suggest me into the matter. Thank you.
