You do realize softball does exist outside of OKC right? That being said at least play it on an actual softball field. Any country that can’t provide a field shouldn’t be hosting. RTR !!
I'd be okay with OKC, but I'd also be okay with a legit softball field anywhere in the world. A last minute friendly or something and this is the only field you can find last minute, but they had a minute to prepare for this. I mean you can't find a high school field, little league, local park. Alot of our high schools around here have 2 fields. :shrug:

The Chinese Taipei name gets on my nerves. It's Taiwan, just call it Taiwan. If the PRC gets pissed just tell them we could be calling it the Republic of China. I'm all for "One China," the Republic of China. Tell the PRC if they want one China then they need to stand down.
What can you do? The sport isn’t as popular as soccer or basketball in the world stage. Its the WBSC hosting, it’s not like they’re the MLB who makes millions of dollars and can afford to buy or rent out stadiums for hosting😆

It was just hard to watch the ladies trying to steal bases and trying to slide on that turf. 1 girl tried to slide and just stopped immediately 3 feet short of the base. Gonna be alot of rug burns. At least they aren't wearing shorts lol.
