Every nursing school program has an agreement with the hospital and or facilities for students to be able to complete their clinical hours. Detailed records are kept of this. All this lawyer is proclaiming is her clients are saying they are innocent. If so; they should be able to provide the names of the facilities that their clinicals were done and completed at. Also there should be on file either hard copies or electronic copies of quizes and exams documented for each student verifying that they met the requirements for graduation and now eligible to sit for the boards. If they can not provide this information ; then they’re in trouble. I can’t understand why the board can’t just simply suspend or revoke their license.
A real NURSE...goes to school, attends classes, does online docs, reports, does clinical long hours, presentations, practical and alot of notes, work, theory, notes and more clinical practices...in preparation for that once a years STATE EXAM TO PASS!!! IF a so called nurse that went to those so called accredited schools in Florida, Why aren't they working in Florida? The key word here is...No clinicals done. They all went to Florida, KNEW what those schools were doing, Got the Nursing Licence? Went to work were it was convenient and more money paid in Salary at another state! They all should be charged wt. a criminal record. Period. Now, they are playing the victims? Common, Really? These types of bad apples, taints all the real nurses who have busted their A**!!!! working, getting an education in Nursing and have obtained their license with all they got sacrifice!!!!? They probably hired a proxy if they paid for the degree lol. Filipino fake nurses submitted fake nursing school transcripts and hired proxies to take the nclex for them. There’s stuff that is taught in school not tested by the board, it’s plain scary and dangerous. This was in 2010-2014 in California

Nursing curriculum is a joke. Especially the ASN, the only thing that counts is the clinical hours. The actual courses are not very tough.
