I have a 105. My first foray into spraying alcad aluminum yesterday was a disaster. I am meticulous with cleaning my airbrush thoroughly after each use. Yesterday it heaved and spat globs of metal onto my p47 thunderbolt. I stripped it down and cleaned it again, put it back together and now the brand new needle valve is acting up. I push down and I get paint where it should be just air. Stripped the valve, made sure it was clean. Now it functons but I dont trust it 😅
I will receive some regdab tomorrow. I've never lubed my patriot ( 3 yrs problem free).
The only reason I replaced the needle valve was because I damaged the air hose threads on it. When I push down on the trigger (no airline attached) it doesn't feel "right". I'm hoping lube sorts it out.

Great video, I do myself suspect ive lost and o ring or two from my 105 from yourselves. It works fine but do you offer a service where you can check over, thoroughly clean and replace any dmaaged parts to a bager airbrush?

Yeah I have a extreme patriot 105 and the trigger won’t mash down to let the air out I’ve checked the air valve and it’s working could it be the trigger
Not likely to be the trigger, more likely to be blocked at the front end, the blockage is let letting the air out, take the tip, head, and spray regulator off and then see if the air is coming out , if it is one or more of the 3 part is blocked, hope this helps

I took the every thing off the front and blowed through the cup and I get air coming out but when I put it back together same thing no air
