Great 2nd video Tom my friend Beryl had to listen twice couldn't believe she was hearing right thanks again for that have spoken to her today she's happy
Hi Tom, thanks for showing me an unknown area of Jersey. £645,000 for a flat!! I would be interested to know how big they are. Looks like I won't be moving any time soon then😂😂. I guess I'll have to be grateful for my 3 visits a year, and I am!! I do feel very sorry for the young people though. Take care and have a good week.
Hi Valerie, yes, it is expensive to say the least! I'll try to get some information on exactly what they have built there. 3 trips a year........you are practically a resident! 😁👍
😮 wow £1 800 a year to park the 🚗 jam jar Tom 🤔 and Paddy 🐕🥩🦴 great idea spending 70 million on the treatment plant more people every year on the beautiful island ✅ Paddy 🐕🥩🦴 leave the squirrel alone lol😅 well Tom IV enjoyed this wonderful walk I have never 🐝 n on that road thanks for the 🎥 my friend all the best to you all John 😊😊
Thanks John, oh and yes.....that's for parking out at First Tower! 😮😫😭 I have to say the sewage works do look nice and shiny, unlike what is on the inside of those huge tanks! 💩😁😁😁 I big Hi to you from me and all the Boro crew!
The treatment plant looks very different to what I remember from twenty odd years ago and I remember there was a not very nice smell in the air. You walked past Croydon Mews where we bought our first house in Jersey and made 90 grand profit three years later when we moved to the east of the Island. I know from friends just how much house prices have gone through the roof in recent years. I could never understand why Jersey has never adopted Guernsey’s scheme and offering lower house prices to Jersey born people. Cheers
Hi Nic, yes it looks very different! I hope the view of Croydon Mews brought back good memories for you. I think the property market has just put the brakes on over the past few months but undoubtedly it will pump again! There is talk of a lot of younger people leaving the island due to the cost of housing, but Callum and Jess moved to Jersey just over a year ago, have bought a house and are loving life on the island! 👍
Hi Ron, I plan to do a walk through St. Peter's valley when the weather is a bit better, so hopefully I'll capture the house on video. Thanks for letting me know. 👍
