When i was in 15years old my religion is Seventh day Adventist. After i got a miracle from mama mary I decided to be a Catholic. Plssss pray for me to be strong and devoted to the Catholic life. Ave Maria ❤
Welcome home! Jesus and Mama Mary will keep you and enlighten you. Trust and Do not fear.
Please read my comment God bless.
Mother Mary will always be with you. You are blessed that she manifests her presence to you.
I grew up 7th Day Adventist as well. Took their Bible study lessons by mail. That actually got me reading the Bible. Later I watched some shows on EWTN out of sheer curiosity. A show called "Catholic Beliefs and Practices" answered my questions and showed me where in the Bible the Catholic Beliefs originated. EWTN converted me. As I went to Mass I saw the beauty in the religion. RCIA taught me the rest. I was confirmed in 1992.
That's great! What was the miracle if it is not a secret?
This man is under Mary's Mantle.
🕊️The Holy Spirit gifts this man to us
I agree! Keep Gabriel and his family in your prayers for protection.
Amén to that!!!
Deception. No we have no idea WHY THEY PRAY TO MARY
and then say we don't pray to her🤷
Read one of the books maybe you will know what you are talking about instead of spouting ignorance @@rochelleperry2242
I wonder if we could have the private marian vow... I love those books u recommended! I've read most of them for spiritual reading. I am glad that they produced d Marian vow. I used that for our meditation before... I hope i can get hold of it once more❤
I used to not understand the Rosary, or why it is good to pray it. Then I read Louis De Montfort's Secrets of the Rosary. Now I say the Rosary every day.
Holy Rosary and Divine Mercy, do both. Very beneficial indeed.
I started praying the rosary during Lent this year and immediately noticed a change.
I was 33, it was during Lent when I read a book the ( 64th Miracle at Lourdes). The blessed Mother gave me many graces, one was to make a good confession, another was a great love for her and the Rosary.? This was 47 years ago.❤
Such blessings 💞🙏. God bless you!
@@Luisa-cs2pd thank you
Hey gabi, this is my wife's account, I'm Joe, and I'm so grateful to Our Lady for you and your channel, when I'm feeling like I want to hear from our lady, hearing your talks does the trick, I'm not catholic yet, as its almost impossible to become catholic in London UK, but I am also a child of Mary, God willing I will soon have my first confession and The real body and blood, thank you brother. Keep the videos coming, I'm a driver so I rather listen to you over the radio.
I am going to have all the videos and talks also uploaded as audio podcasts.
Hi Joe. I am also from England - the North West. I don't know if anyone outside England understand how diluted and watered down the Catholic faith has become here. Do you know that England is known as Mary's Dowry? Do not give up. I will pray for you that someone comes into your life to offer true catechesis. I also love this channel- you're in good company x
@@jpgolda1900 how do you trust in Jesus?
@@jennierlingam9804 Our Lady will show you. Start with the first book on Gabi's list. Talking about Mary can sound wishy washy sometimes as a non-Catholic. Think about it logically first if you need to - she was by his side from the moment he was conceived and did not leave him, even at the cross. As a child Jesus would have literally looked up to Our Lady for guidance and formation. From the cross Jesus said to John "behold your Mother". By saying that, he has said that to ALL of us. By saying "Yes" to God at the Annunciation, Our Lady had to completely place her trust in God. Again fleeing from Herod into Egypt. And yet again when Jesus was captured and brought before Pilate. The books Gabi recommends will help you know how to place your trust in Him.
To Jesus through Mary
@@kathrynsuch oh I trust Lord Jesus, I was just asking JP Golda how he trust Jesus as he is just posting the same thing to all the treads... but thank you, and thank you for your prays 🙏
My all time favorite would have to be, "The World's First Love," by Venerable Fulton Sheen. A must read!
I would say "The Admirable Heart of Mary" by St. John Eudes is an absolute must-read.
Thanks for the shoutout to the FFIs!!! Their Friary was literally a light in the darkness during Covid. When our entire Diocese shut down and locked us out, they kept the doors open, Adoration and Confessions going. The Franciscan Friars saved many souls during this time. ❤
What a coincidence I was just looking for some Marian books to help deepen my devotion to her, thank you Gabi!
True devotion changed my world 🌎 ♥
The Secret of the Rosary converted me then found the True Devotion which changed my world too.
@@L.i.s.a.... Just hearing this talk rekindled my love for Mary.
Great recommendations. I love the idea of listening to the audiobook while getting ready in the morning.
Hey there, Keith Nester! I love praying the live stream Rosary via your Rosary Crew YT channel! You have been a real blessing keeping me on track to pray the Rosary consistently at the same time every day. ❤✝⛪📿
I love your enthusiasm! It makes me want to read all those books! My favorite Marian book has been the life of Mary seen by the mystics. ❤️
Great book! God bless you!
Mystical City of God is how I beefed up my meditation on the mysteries of the Rosary after learning them from the rosary center. God's Church has so many treasures to help us come to know, love, and serve Him ❤
I live in the Chicago suburbs, and we have a wonderful treasure located here. The National Shrine of St. Maximillian Kolbe. If you have not visited this holy place, please plan a visit. The Immaculata lives there.
My favourite Marian Book is ''Our Lady of Kibeho by Imaculée Ilibagiza with Steve Erwin'' they have also written a book called 'The Rosary - The prayer that saved my life.'
Behold Your Mother: A Biblical and Historical Defense for the Marian Doctrines is a FIRE book. Radically changed my perspective on WHY we need to believe in the doctrines regarding our Lady. It was amazing. I read it when I was 16.
I would also suggest - The World's First Love - Mary, Mother of God - Fulton Sheen
Amen, amen.
The Mystical City of God is one of my favorites. I love your channel.
Thanks for your great work. I have begun to renew my devotion to Our Lady after a lapse of five decades, and some of these books will be really helpful.
Thanks so much Gabi! I’m a middle school teacher. On a whim, I bought True Devotion to the BVM shortly after my reversion. It took me about a year to digest it, but it has brought so much goodness to my life. It was very helpful to find your videos and see someone else who was into the same devotions.
God bless you my friend!
That's a good list. Don't forget "The world's first love" by Fulton J. Sheen!
Great list! The stories from Glories of Mary make great bedtime reading for kids. Super memorable. These books could be an entire theology class.
Hello I love all those books, i have some, where can I buy The Marian Vow. I'm in South Africa
Yes, I love the Glories of Mary most of all. I listen to the audio version of it over and over again. It's so encouraging to know we have a mother like that!
Great list! Another worthwhile book that I read each day along with the Imitation of Christ is the Imitation of Mary, both by Thomas à Kempis.
“The admirable heart of Mary” by Saint John Eudes 🙏🙏🙏
The Glories of Mary a must read.
The Life of Mary as Seen by the Mystics is a true gem. It transformed and elevated my meditative prayer.
I LOVE St Louis De Monfort’s two books; ‘True Devotion to Mary,’ and ‘The Secret of the Rosary’ 😁
Thank you Gabi, i‘ve read most of these books….except three looking forward to soaking them all in and living deeply in love for our Eucharistic Jesus in union with our sweetest Mother Mary’s Will

Thank you for all you do. I so enjoyed your talk at women’s retreat in North Dakota.
God bless you my sister!
This is the first time your channel has come up for me in UA-cam, and I’m surprised it did not come up a long time ago. You are a very good speaker, very eloquent and succinct. I’m glad that at the end you added Mystical City Of God by Venerable Mary of Agreda. That book was illuminating and yet hard to take in at first. When praying rosaries I try to imagine being there and going through what our Lord and Lady experienced. What was revealed in Mystical City of God changed many things for me. It was hard at first, because I had not realized how supernatural Mary was and is as a created being. She was born so far elevated above us, it at first felt difficult to reconnect because of the previous misconceptions I had about her nature. However, I did recover from that shock and was able to reconnect to my rosary prayers in a new way. I will check out the books you recommended - thanks for doing this video!
BTW - that is a seriously huge Miraculous Medal you’re wearing 😉
A good decade ago, my Parish Priest gave me a copy of 30 Days of Glory. I have been consecrated since. That's my favorite Marian book.
My first Marian book was the Glories of Mary. Because of this book, my eyes were opened to how powerful the intercessions of Our Lady are.
Ave Maria 💙Thankyou Gabi 🙏🏻for the must read recommendation
I have friends who just converted to Catholicism they would definitely love to read the books you recommend Thank you ones again God bless 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
A fantastic marian book is Mother of our Saviour and the interior life by Gariggou Lagrange. Theologically rigorous and wholly reliable. Shows that Mary is absolutely necessary.
"... Thus Mary, in virtue of the first grace which disposed her for the divine maternity, was worth more in God's eyes that all the apostles, martyrs, confessors, and virgins united, more than all men and all angels created from the beginning."
Thanks for these recommendations. I always enjoy your videos. THE MYSTICAL CITY OF GOD by Ven. Mary of Agreda is a book I go back to time and again. Ven. Mary was granted visions of the lives of Mary and Jesus. It will touch your soul. I highly recommend this book .
Powerful as usual. I have some of the books. I go for the remaining ones by His grace. Thank you so much, Gab. You are too much through Our Lady.❤❤❤❤
These are all fantastic books that will nourish us spiritually. Now that I'm retired from teaching, I pray 6 Rosaries a day and go to daily Mass. I try to obtain a daily plenary indulgence for a soul (by name) who may be in Purgatory. Confession twice a month. Pray for the Pope and his intentions daily.
Thank you so much❗❗❗❗
I m currently reading THE SECRETS OF MARY which enriched me and fills me with awe 💕 infinitely worth it
I'm going to get these books as you suggested
Million thanks Gab, from the bottom of my heart. You deepen my devotion to our BLESSED MOTHER MARY. Indeed, to JESUS THROUGH MARY, TO MARY THROUGH JESUS. Let us pray for the conversion of those who do not give due honor to MAMA MARY. God bless.
Thank You Brother Gabriel 🙏🙏🙏 I am currently reading The Secret of the Rosary ❤️❤️❤️ I am very thankful and happy for this book
Thank you for all your hard work . God be with you !
God bless you!
Thank you for your videos. They always get to me just when I need them. God bless you.
Thank you for your recommendations. It’s very helpful to have an introduction of the books, to not waste time figuring out what books to read. 🙏
Mary in the Kingdom of The Divine will .
By Luisa Picarreta , to give our will to Mary and learn from herself about her life .
Love it too :).
I love the secret of the rosary it changed my life forever if u do not read any other book (other than the bible of course )read this book!
As a convert, there is so much to learn, but I’m always seeking.
Thank you for all that you share Gabi. It helps me so much.
God bless you Gabriel. Your channel is very helpful for spreading love for Mary and Our Lord. 🙏
I love my Heavenly Mother.
@Von White,
That makes two of us! With every ounce of my being.....
Loved your comment! ❤️ May God bless you.
Your background is beautiful. Love all the pictures
Thanks for making great videos!! God bless!!!
Tysm for this video. I am now reading the Secret of Mary, and it is providing great comfort. When I read comments by a small extremist group of Protestants who seem to be so angry at those of us who have a Marian devotion, it feels like they are speaking for the devil himself. I don't want to think about any Protestants as being led by the devil, but this book reminds us of the enmity between Blessed Mary and the devil. I guess this is why we need to pray for those angry people. But my original point is to thank you for showing me a work that helps me understand that I am not alone in my revulsion toward those angry people.
Ave Maria! Thank you for this video. I will share this with others. 😊
Thank you, Gabi. I just ordered the The Secrets of the Rosary. Will order the rest of the books one day.
Thanks for the info, God bless!
I love your channel and videos. You bring together all my favorite gems and provide excellent quality videos. Thanks to you Gabe and everyone associated with this work. God bless your efforts and crown them continually with His Success.
Thank you so much for this message. I will look into some of these.
Awesome video!!!!!! God bless you!!! Will share this with others n get the books i am missing asap.
Excellent list ! Thank you
Thank you Gab can’t wait to order it❤
Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to read these
Thank you brother Gabi 🙏
Gabriel, thank✨YOU!👍👍 You've given me deep food for thought- and for soul! I'm most intrigued by >The Marian Vow< ...by all you said. Thank YOU 😀
Great list! Thank you for sharing. One of my favorite Marian books is by the beloved Fulton Sheen, The World's First Love: Mary, Mother of God. He had a true devotion to our blessed mother and was eloquent in his words ❤🙏
Great list! I can say the Secret of the Rosary was life changing for me!
Behold Your Mother by Tim Staples is a good one too. All the recommendations for AB Sheen's book kinda makes it a 6th must read. Jesus and the Jewish Roots of Mary sounds really intetesting.
Sort of a different angle on Mary is Crushing satan's Head by Father James Mawdsley, which shows Mary and Marian Typology in the Old Teatament. In such fear-filled times for many, it is a great resource for why our confidence in the triumph of the Immaculate Heart is on solid ground.
Thank you 🙏 I love your videos
Great stuff Gabi just what I needed!
awesome! thank you!
I am reading The Secret of Mary and doing the 33 day Consecration. Words cannot express the spiritual growth. I am one of those people who only see the good in others and get hurt often. The Blessed Mother has given me the gift of Discernment. Mind boggling, life changing. I am looking at people and seeing them exactly as they are. Wow!! Only through the BVM its a miracle.
I am counting the days to the Assumption of the BVM when I will be totally consecrated. thank you so much for this video. I love Mary Amen
Yay new video and amazing resources!^_^💯❤
Greetings and blessings from Zduńska Wola, Poland, the birthplace of St. MM Kolbe! And thank you for the book suggestions as well as the 4 rosaries film, I wish to expand my rosary prayer now starting today, thank you for your Channel! I discovered it just last night:)
Hi Gabby, thank you so much for posting. I've read a number of them but I'm going to go through and check which ones I'm missing.
The editing is amazing geez looks so good
The book I also go back to is the mystical city of God you really get a sense of Mary reading that book
The Marian Vow and Life of Union with Mary were amazing. They're the best Marian books out there concerning consecration to Our Lady. Anything by Schoenstatt founder, Fr. Kentenich is also highly recommended!
Thank you Gabi.
Thank you ❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for sharing. I realized that there are some of the books you recommend that I haven't read yet. 🐰🌻 God bless your good work Bro. Gab. 💙💙💙
Thank you. Dziękuję🌹
Just ordered the first three. I have to wait on the other two. Excited to read them though.
Newbie catholic over here 👋
My first Marian books I read were by Carrie Gress - The Marian option - and The Anti-Mary suuuuuper great books. The Marian option for me was very eye opening on how our mother truly intercedes for us!
The Anti Mary was just jaw dropping - really explained a lot about the first wave feminist movement and really dug into our current culture and how going back to Mary can save it… Great books! Definitely going to get these books you mentioned ! Thank you 🙏 ❤
@Kat... Good for U!👍👍✨🤍 Our Lady is SO contrary to the mindset of today's culture-sadly, even of many in the Church¹. You WILL be challenged, but Our Lady AND her Son will guide+strengthen you >as long as you hold steadfast to them.< (Our Lady in her 15 promises to those who faithfully pray her Rosary, and St Louis Grignon de Montfort state straight up as much... and more too!)
Since you're a newbie (cool word!) I'll mention for your consideration, humbly, three extra suggestions.
[Please note, in strongest truth: there's Not the tiniest flaw Nor hint of any sin for you-or anyone-to receive or Not receive suggestions as I mention here-or even those encouraged on this channel (which, personally I agree with)or any other. Each person has a unique journey in this world that God calls him/her to follow. Some things, like the Rosary, are basic and asked, eg. by Mary at Fatima, of>all< the faithful. Yet many, even most things, are yay or nay individually >depending on what God's asking of each person at the particular time in his/her life. So, that said, I mention these three (not in any priority order):
🕯️years ago, a wise person advised me to include into my prayer life the Magnificat of Mary (Luke 1: 46-55 [Douay Rheims is my go-to for most faithful Catholic translation {I like the NIV personally, but for textual, theological reasons, the Douay is the gold standard and others are extra}]... to read >pray it< if possible daily. Why?
Simply put, Mary is THE person closest to Jesus, plus she's intimately close to the HOLY SPIRIT -mystically yet truly HIS spouse. And in the Magnificat-under direct inspiration of the HOLY GHOST-we enter >into her mind and soul before GOD< as expressed in the words of Sacred Scripture. Doing this sincerely, prayerfully AND consistently... it will-certainly also, she and the HOLY SPIRIT Will- fashion bit by bit our mind, heart and will into a deeper love of GOD, and, of course, of her Immaculate Heart.
An extra here: I normally use the traditional text of the >Catena< of the Legion of Mary when I pray the Magnificat. This starts with the brief, beautiful antiphon:
»»Who is she that cometh forth as the morning rising, fair as the moon, bright as the sun, terrible as an army set in battle array.««
[-Canticle of Canticles (Song of Songs) 6:9, DRV].
Then it concludes with the Glory Be, the Antiphon repeated, a versicle to Mary and short prayer to God.
Honestly I can say that it makes a difference in my life. When I skip it or rush through it (nobody should pray rushed but we're all at fault sometimes), then not just in mind but inside me too, I can tell something's (special grace(s), no doubt) missing.
@@chriskozik2573 oh wow! Thank you so much for this suggestion, I will look more into this most definitely. I appreciate it! 🙏 ✨
Can’t wait to read these.
thank you for this!
God BlessYou prayi
Thanks Gabi. I read two of the books, The Secret of the Rosary and True Devotion to Mary. I think Holy Rosary and Divine Mercy should go hand in hand together.
Thank you. 🙏
God bless you Gabi
I may have to get Hail Holy Queen for someone I know. Back in the day I remember Scott Hahn saying the 3 obstacles to his conversion to Catholicism were "Mary, Mary, and Mary"! So glad she knocked down his barricades...
Thank you Gabriel. I always love book recommendation videos, and I'm thrilled that I already own most of these. I'm looking forward to having a very Marian and mariological month of May! Two other Marian books that I really like are Ven. Abp. Fulton Sheen's "The World's First Love" and, for very entrenched anti-Marian Protestants, Tim Staples' book "Behold Your Mother."
Ave Maria!
P. S. Did you mean to leave the bonus books unlisted in the video description? I wasn't sure if that was an accidental oversight or an intentional ploy to make sure we watch all the way to the end of the video. ;)
Thank you!!!! 🙏🏻👌
Great list of Marian books. 📚 “To Jesus through Mary. 🎚❤️💙🎚
I have 3 of the Book’s.
Thank you.
I want sacred art like that. Beautiful holy reminders that fill up your senses to direct our thoughts to our Lord and the holy family and saints.
Hi,I have read the true Devotion to Mary by Saint Louis de Montfort, i read Fatima a messenge More Urgent than Ever. I have the book, the Secret of the Rosary which l have not read yet....God bless you...thank you l really appreciate it .l love Our Lady.... Shes been always at my side....l grew up with the Holy Rosary .🙏🙏🙏🙏🔥🕊🙏🙏🙏🙏🛐✝️🇵🇹🥰Our Lady if Fatima, pray for us.🇵🇹🔥🇿🇦
The Mystical City of God by Mary of Agreda is also a good book, it's the life of Mary, but also Virgin Mary gives there practical counseling how to live, but I think it’s more suitable for the religious orders. Some of the mentioned books I have translated into my language, but I'm not American, so I don't have access to all of the books you’ve mentioned, like from Fr. Emile Neubert and Fr. Stefano Manelli Fl.
Gabriel, I would humbly add one book: The Admirable Heart of Mary, by St. John Eudes. It’s a beautiful book, I highly recommend
I love the Blessed Virgin! Thank you for making such a great video. I can’t contend with your list, but I’ll add that I really enjoyed “Making Sense of Mary” by Gary Michuta and “Champions of the Rosary” by Fr Calloway.
Thank you SO MUCH for this list! I’m already consecrated to Mary but I’ve not read all the books you list. Sometimes the rosary is him-drum but usually all my fault for being too tired. Pray the most holy rosary when you are awake! Not in bed fading in & out of sleep. Get up & kneel or stand or walk to pray if you need to. I think I heard something about AB Fulton Sheen pacing the room to complete his devotion to the Blessed Virgin whom he loved so much. Great advice I should listen to ;)
