    Hey Anthony!! Great video!!! My connection is like this: USB-A from my Yolobox Mini to my Macbook Air, HDMI from yolobox to Roland V.1HD+ (Mixer) so I have 3 cameras in Zoom with all the benefits of my Yolobox Mini, in love...💙

    Hello . Not sure if you answer my question/concern.
    I just purchased a Yolobox Ultra and I used it in monitor mode with my Sony FX30. The footage showed recording on the camera but no footage not showing .

    I have no audio when I use the yolobox as a webcam. The usb-c out is selected. The Yolobox camera is visible but the Yolobox microphone is not available. Any suggestions to fix this issue?

      Hi @Bryanegreenlee 😊 We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please check the audio settings on YoloBox to ensure that the audio channel is not muted or turned off. If you have already enabled audio, please check the audio settings in Zoom to ensure that the audio source is set to YoloBox. If all settings are correct but the issue persists, please contact our technical support at contact@yololiv.com for further assistance. Hope this helps!

    What should i do if my W11 machine does regocnice the YB Pro ? I've tried on 2 different W11 machines with the latest FW on the YB and it refuses to work. Thanks in advance

    Does any yolo box allow to stream web pages with a browser source? Is it possible to stream a browser source via htmi or usb, somehow?

    I’ve got a question Sir.
    We recently purchased Yolo Box Pro for us to use in Church. We are having trouble to transmit audio to zoom from the sd card playing inside Yolo Box Pro. We’ve tried to use usb c cable as well as hdmi cable through ezcap Cam Link 4K video caprue, video and sound from camera 1, 2 and 3 are ok and audible through zoom meeting, but audio from the video playing inside Yolo Box Pro on SD Card, it doesn’t work.
    PS: the laptop I’m using is Rog Strix Scar 15 i9. Usb c cable is c both sides. I’ve also exchanged messages with Yolo Box Pro Support, but I seem not to go anywhere really.
    Kindly, help if possible.

    Was the audio sync issue towards the end when demo'ing the YBMini caused in post, or does connecting via USB-A cause audio delay?

      It actually causes video delay. Audio is ahead of video, which is more confusing than if the audio were delayed. I wrote an e-mail to Yololiv about this issue, we are currently in correspondence about this.

      Also, if you use HDMI output and a capture card, then the audio and video are perfectly in sync.

    What is the spec on the USB A port & USB C port on Pro and mini?

      Hi, USB C port on Pro is USB 3.0, while mini doesn't has it. They both have USB A port with the same spec.

      YoloBox OG needs an extra capture card to connect Zoom via HDMI output.

    Why is there no support for the original YoloBox!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is EXTREMELY frustrating! I have emailed you! There is no contact number! This is taking hours and hours and hours of time, and none of us can figure out anything! This is HORRIBLE SERVICE! We need help. We need to be able to contact you directly. We need the same level of support for all of your devices. You should not give more support to your Pro level devices and newer devices.
