  • Here's a fun one! Learn how to add crochet edging on fabric and take a plain $5 tank top and make it just a little extra. In the video, I tell you I will share so many link with you. Let's just hope I can remember them all.
If you want to do this a little faster, that first row can actually be done with a pointed crochet hook. It's not necessary, you can easily do it the way I do it, but it is definitely faster. I said I would give you a link, but I was unable to find them online at the time of this video. If I come across one that would work, I will post a link here. If you find one in the wild, get it! They are rare.

I found this on Amazon. I might actually get it myself since I can't seem to find mine and now I am inspired to make more of these.

I ordered a lovely sweater (with a cloud pattern!) years ago, but the neckline is too high in my opinion. Didn't return it, because I kinda forgot and then it was too late. Have been thinking of altering it for a while. I think I will cut a deeper neckline and then use your tutorial to crochet a new egde. Now I have to find the courage to put my scissors into it...

Oh gosh I would love to see a picture when you get it done. Or a series of pictures along the journey. I've never cut into a sweater before. I've seen that others have though and I am super curious about it. It's a bummer when they are beautiful but don't fit right.

I use dental flossers (not sure what they are technically called but they are little plastic things that help to get dental floss through tight spaces or braces). They have made threading a needle a breeze!
