Nothing like sitting at lunch to watch you two, and two little grandkids and mom knock at the door. The youngest in the terrible two stage! 😵💫 I’m enjoying the video eight hours later. The yellow flowers at about 45: are zucchini flowers and how’d they get there? Better in my frying pan…😅 Take care…👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
Thank you for going back to The Swooping Bird Bridge! That's really a great location to watch you two work. And thanks also for the turtle close-up, even though he didn't look too pleased 😂
I lived in a small town in Oklahoma my whole life. I grew up there. When I was 25 I moved to south dakota. I get so home sick some times and your videos help me so much. Thank you.
Great job, your girls might start considering bringing a gas weedeater with you, to clear out some of that brush/weeds. I’m sure the sound of it would also scare off any snakes in the area
Well done them culvert are big ones Would you believe that that they is a young man in Maine he as sleep in one And had a stove to and cooked food in their too His youtubeis post 10 Well done ladies All the way from feilxstowe Suffolk England
For future reference, if you have muskrats in your area, they have been known to block small culverts. In addition, they have been witnessed helping beavers build their dam; however, muskrats will not build a dam.
I wouldn't recommend placing a big stick och log like that in a culvert if there isn't currently a flow powerful enough to push it through (20min in), it usually risks being a spot for debris to get stuck to until there's a rainy storm to push it but then it would be too late because you already a created blockage there. The bigger the stick or log is, the better it is to throw it into the woods like you did with the big piece at the end, you moved it out of the way, cause you never know if they will create just another blockage further down. Other than that i generally like what you do.
As a suggestion show camera 2 being set up and perhaps we as viewers who also watch other channels can give a constructive suggestion as to where to place the camera so we get a better view...
So sorry you have cancer. I hope you are feeling better soon. We like to use a tripod when we can but sometimes in order to get the best video or angle it is better not to set it up. Plus we are on the move a lot from one culvert to the next. Especially this site has 13 culverts. By the time we get to the last one we would be specks in the view. Sorry!
See if y'all can find one of those mirrors that mechanics and motor vehicle inspectors use to look under cars, the mirror is on the end of a wood handle I think; then you wouldn't have to stand on your head to look in the culverts.
What about pitching the bigger logs up on shore and push the twigs up there too like you've done before. It dosent look like enough water flow to try to send stuff down the drain. You wouldn't gave to go in and keep pushing it thru. Put the twigs on the shore. You'd be done
we do for the most part but sometimes it would take us hours in one location and that isn't our main goal. our area is horrible with litter. it is never-ending
I'll never understand why you aren't throwing the large limbs up on the bank. You, yourself mention at the end of the video that you have to go further downstream to unblock the water from what you just sent down.🤷
Not sure when we would have said that but if we did we said it wrong. There is nothing else for anything to get stuck in before the River. It’s just a preference of ours.
This is literally “something to do because there is nothing to do” this is my 4th video watching. I can’t help but get annoyed a little. Y’all are sitting on UA-cam gold yet are putting bare minimum effort to give what we are looking for….well me. Hard watch but I still watch.
We spend hours doing this on our very few days off from work. We can’t read your mind nor are we here to give you what you specifically want. We are providing the same content that all culvert cleaners on UA-cam provide. This is just the strangest comment.
Really enjoying your videos from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 Sending you ❤
you ladies are just fantastic you always do a great service for everybody who resides in the area that your clearing these dams
He’s compensating! 😂😂😂🇨🇦😂😂😂
That was 100% satisfying when you cleared the first culvert and all that debris washed out. Epic!
man that culvert was the gift that kept on giving on the exiting end.
Thank you for your labors, Ladies!❤️❤️🙂🙂👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
"He's compensating" LMAO

That turtle looks like a red eared slider turtle, in Australia they’re an invasive feral pest.
I have a friend at work that just bout 3 for her aquarium. I guess the are free in Aus!
Do you ladies ever run into the cement with moss growth on them they can be very slick
Yes we do

💛 i love 2 sokan CHANNEL VİDEOS WATCHİNG 88 liked ♥️
Really enjoy watching. Would a weed wicker help with all the green bushes ? Just a thought
Hedge trimmer might work really well with those vines and little trees.

Meh. That just creates another video for us to watch! Plus, that’s Kim’s favorite part! If you have watched previous videos
Yes it is 😊
Good job guys. It'd be good if u also got rid of the plastic that's in the water ways. I can see plastic cups.

I just love you guy's, but I wish you would put the Camera on a Tripod , I have Cancer and with my treatment's, all the moving around makes me dizzy

That’s the strangest Swiss cheese drain idea ever !

Do you clear things for fun? Or are you paid to do them?
For fun. We have been doing it about three years but just started filming videos last year.
@@culvertsandmore It looks like fun to me!
need to spray some pond weed spray that safe for the environment.
All that wood you two pull out you should save and have a bonfire 🔥
squash or pumpkin

How come you don't pick up the trash?
we do for the most part but sometimes it would take us hours in one location and that isn't our main goal. our area is horrible with litter. it is never-ending
Other videos I watch they try to get all the debris out of the culvert

Volume on this one SUCKS sry. Lol
I have to agree. No subtitles. Good cleaning job, though.
there is close captioning aka subtitles available on this video. they all do.
Can you adjust the volume on the device you are watching the video on? That would be the first thing to try. IJS
That doesn’t make any sense pushing the debris into the pipes and it ends up stopping the culverts up with all the debris
