Worst experience ever! I ordered a swimwear from their website and my experience has been terrible. They claim that a swimwear that’s 5-6 inches tighter on the bust than what’s mentioned on their website would stretch and fit you easily, that too without a zipper. I raised a complaint and they have left no stone unturned in harassing me. They took a lot of time to first investigate the case and agree to exchange the product, I have cooperated with them throughout the process and provided a video as well. But they are just making a fool out of me by not arranging for a pickup and even lying that the pickup has been attempted multiple times. This was not enough, despite multiple attempts of explaining all the hassle and sharing all the proofs with them over calls and emails, their customer support team does not give a shit and in fact disconnects your calls in between when they have no answer and then doesn’t even pick up. No wonder they have garnered bad customer reviews on other shopping websites as well. I would never recommend their products to anyone, because if you land up in such kind of a situation, consider all your money wasted!
