Trying Art Trends I've Missed

- Hey guys! So I wanted to dedicate a video to testing out the art trends that I've noticed around social media in the past year, but have never actually taken the time to try out. I ended up running out of time to try more than one trend, because I got stuck on hydro dipping, literally the entire day lol. If you’ve never tried hydro dipping, it’s actually a pretty cool activities.
It would make a fun art project to do in the summer. Definitely an outdoor project….It reminds me of tie dye, but with spray paint. Also it may or may not be the same thing as water marbling? Not sure.
I also haven’t researched how to do this, like at all. So forgive me if I’m doing anything wrong. I’m really just documenting me trying new things for the fun of it, not trying to make a comprehensive tutorial. But hopefully if you’re looking for instructions on how to hydro dip, this is somewhat helpful.

Hey! my name is Moriah (pronounced muh-rye-yuh 😂 ) and this is my channel....obviously. I'm 25 and like doing anything creative...and being snarky.....just a lil. I make a lot of decorating and painting videos here. I'm obsessed with editing and adding lil bits to my videos, so if that's not your thing....oof you may hate this haha. I paint on squishies, thrift store finds, and other random things I pick up. I also love to draw, but don't expect anything too skilled, I'm not the best at that haha. You will also find occasional crafting/testing crafting kits on my channel which are always a hot mess. And even some baking (REALLY bad at that, but it's fun to try LOL).

I second this. There see so many techniques like using a strainer, string, ball chain, dragging, using balloons to dab, spinning (that one might be best for outdoors ;-) ), and with or without silicon. Plus you can do a rainbow.

Personally I love watching your blending skillabilities with paints. But it is always fun to branch out and try something different every so often 👍❤ this was very entertaining to watch as always. And you can always revisit these pieces again and touch them up!

i still remember coming home from school on a rainy friday hearing the amazing news about an early spring break and a new moriah video just to come back 3 years later to be reminded of covid. i have strange feelings about this video. its very fun and entertain but i now associate it with the start of covid and its so upsetting that we've had to live through this

@@assadimaha basically a place where u can put ur cup either its hot or cold. Cold drinks produced water droplets outside of the cup so coasters basically prevent those droplets to touch the desk.

@ Bre Clark - Although you’re right about the rainbow having an association with PRIDE in modern times, it was originally a promise to faithful humans given by God himself to never destroy the Earth by a global flood again. (Genesis 9:12-15)
This UA-camr might be obsessed over how beautiful the colors are. She might like how they form a rainbow, not meaning to be PRIDE but because how pretty rainbows are and how aesthetically pleasing the colors are put together.
