白饭 200克
甜酒饼粉 1小匙
糖 1大匙
水 2大匙
搅拌均匀,密封,室温发酵48小时。
Tapai (Kueh Starter)
Rice 200g
Ragi Manis Powder 1Tsp
Sugar 1Tbsp
Water 2Tbsp
Mix well, seal it, keep in room temperature, fermented for about 48 hours.
粘米粉 350克 Rice Flour 350g
水 450毫升 Water 450ml
糖 125克 Sugar 125g
达拜 70克 Tapai 70g
果子盐 1包 Fruit Salt 1Pack
