I think that I can safely say that they have never shown an axel like this that needed to be repaired after being fixed in this way. Not saying there haven't been but none ever showed up on these channels that I have watched. Kudos for the workmanship and knowledge of these men.😊

First rule of any type of welding, ensure all welding surfaces are covered in dirt rust grease oil and paint and free of any contaminants as the last thing you want is a non porous weld bead, and you must clean the area on completion with a grinder.
