- I recently found a GameTheory Admiral on a Japanese auction site which I have been after for a very long time. This one is branded CoolBoy and is exactly the same, it just didnt work. Hooray!

I've done some shopping on Sendico before, and I always find that the most challenging part is tweaking your search results/filters/website options juuust right, so that you're able to find things that you're actually looking for. Have you ever considered doing a "how to shop on Sendico" video? Not necessarily how to actually USE the site, but sort of walking us through how YOU go about exploring for the best finds. You always find great things and I just think it'd be super interesting to have some insight into your hunting process. I know its a little bit different than your normal videos, and would probably be a huge pain in the ass production-wise, but thought I'd let you know that at least *I* have some interest in that sort of thing, and maybe others do too! Thanks for all the great videos you put out! Hope your house is coming along nicely. -Michael

There's actually a Gameboy clone out there called the Cool Boy.
I'm kind of surprised that there are some rare Famiclones out there, given the number of Famiclones in existence in general.
I go nuts over any sort of Gameboy clone because they're obscure in their own right.

Those contacts are easily cleaned with a cotton swab dipped in white vinegar - no disassembly required at all.

I vaguely remember using the famicom adapter with a 72 pin cart adapter on a game genie with a standard NES cart attached. Don't remember if it worked or produced a new universe where the instructions made sense.

This kind of reminds me I have an extremely rare famicom console called the power games penguin. It's extremely rare and the ones that are up for sale are in really bad quality but I managed to get one that is good quality and actually functions. I bought a portable famiclone that looks like a GBA here in China for less than $14 USD. It just runs roms, tho, not cartridges. And there's no way to update the ROMs. Also, the B button is one of the shoulder buttons - which makes it completely unplayable. But, it looks cool - and doesn't cost $150 USD. :)
9:03 - yeah, the "footprint" looks similar to a Link Cable, but the actual Connector inside looked more like a micro-USB, to me...
