I just bought a swarovski cubic zirconia tennis bracelet. And I can confirm its definitely sparkles better and the cuts are way nice than regular cubic zirconias not cut under the swarovski name.
I visited the Swarovski Museum in Austria and was … amazing is a very Little word…the Sun chamber was outstanding! We GoT also as a welcome gift 3 bags with crystals - I think were 10 in each bag. The Flower garden was out if this world! I am a person who apreciate heritage and art and this is Why I really appreciate this brand. … That visit was one of the most precious memories I have with my son and husband. If you like museums I really recommend visiting the Crystal Valley.
I don't get paying hundreds for plated costume jewellery set with nice glass crystals. It's about the same price as getting sterling silver jewellery set with moissanites, which are lifetime jewellery in precious metal.
I also think about all the wedding dress designers. Pnina Tornei, for one, who designs for Kleinfelds in New York. What are professional designers going to use now?
Have you heard about Swarovski no longer selling to the general public? From what I've gathered come september 2021 the brand will be made available only to select designer brands.
You can find Swarovski jewelry sold at Zalora. It's a shopping app filled with both local and international big brands. But idk if its available in your country.. You can check though.
that is true, they only selected a number of distributors and anyone who plans too buy crystals from them needs to apply as a designer and answer some questions, they evaluate and let you buy.
I’ve never gotten anything from them but I’m thinking hard on it-! A piece caught my eye on Amazon and I’m not really a jewelery girl- I noticed it was them. They must make some nice designs-!
Some are set in stainless steel so that part won't change colour, but the foiled back crystals will if water gets to the back or the crystals fall out.
Swarovski might have great crystals, but the quality of their products is not good. Any jewlery that doesn't tell you what metal it is made of is low quality, and that's exactly what was the problem last time i tried to buy swarovski jewlery. I only buy hypoallergenic metals despite not being allergic. Swarovski uses nickel, which turns your skin green and is a common allergy. They plate it with gold and other pure metals, but the coating will wear off if you use it more than once, making your skin green and the jewlery look worn and bad quickly. For such a huge name I would have expected pure silver or stailess steel to be their base metal.
Well, they were popular for bad after sales service, beautiful and promising during purchase, but really a big headache after sales, grab some from China with similar design and 100x cheaper, no after sales service better, or else u need to travel there end up disappointing, they will push u around for other branches or even told u they will not warranty drop crystal at the end, don’t get me started on those pen where u will have no ink replacement, try it and u’ll know it
she says that in the video, and the price comes is from the high facets and brilliance, anyone that knows about jewellery could tell you that, it’s about the cutting precision, not what it’s made of. also a swarovski crystal would be like $5 compared to $800 for a same size diamond with low clarity. also it’s on plated jewellery which again is keeping costs lower
It Is leaded CRYSTAL. Just like crystal wine or champagne glasses are, now think. How much do the stores charge for a set of really nice ones? So yes, it’s worth it.
I inherited a large collection of the animal figurines after my grandmother passed. Some of them were only available at the time for members. Just realize these don't have much resale value at all. Pieces that my grandmother paid over $500 back in the 90's are selling on Ebay for like $75. I was looking around to value them for insurance purposes before realizing they just are not all that valuable. I even called some pawn shops; they weren't even interested. Yes, they are beautiful looking pieces inside a curio cabinet. But they are essentially nothing more than expensive knick knacks.
@@Maggie22002 Um...not really. They pass it off somehow as crystal...but it isn't. Its glass. Its beautiful no doubt, and the craftsmanship is remarkable, but at the end of the day it is nothing more than glass pieced together. The "stores" can charge whatever they want to gullible people who believe they are getting fancy items, but the reality is...their not lol. And for "value"? Virtually worthless. Piece's that my grandmother bought back in the 90's for $500+ to "exclusive only members" are selling all day on Ebay for $75.
@@Maggie22002 Not too beat you up, as I myself got a rude awakening trying to find the value of these... Pawn shops don't want them. Let that sink in. Places that will take a functioning weed whacker or a working boombox from the 90's aren't interested in these. If a pawn shop of all places can't see money, it's worthless. Unless you find the right gullible person. :)
My bf gifted me this swaroski necklace... im not really happy actually because id bettter get 24k gold since he could afford it lol.. sorry to say that jewellry besides 24 k gold for me is like TOYS
I kind of agree with this comment but not that they're toys. It's just a piece of fashion to me. Nothing like having a nice thick gold chain though. Gold jewellery is the only legit jewellery to me though. I agree with that. Diamonds are just bullshit hype. I hate diamonds. But commodities like gold, silver and platinum etc made into jewellery are legit.
I hate this materialistic attitude of some women like you. Yes he can afford the best jewelry but its the thought that count. Your bf deserves someone better!
Do you own any Swarovski jewelry? I love the Stardust bracelets!
I have a chainkey ❤️
Got a pendant 2 years ago
Omg! I just bought a necklace today! :D

I just got some super cute butterfly earrings from them :D

From what I've heard, they aren't going to be supplying their crystal beads anymore which is terrible news for those of us that make jewelry.
I also think about all the wedding dress designers. Pnina Tornei, for one, who designs for Kleinfelds in New York. What are professional designers going to use now?
I wanted to know the lasting quality of the crystals, does it cloud over time etc. This felt like an ad not an honest review of Swarovski
Except Swarovski is cutting off many of their current dealings to have exclusivity. ☹️
I'm so glad I found your channel, these videos are so interesting!

You are paying for glass. Great marketing team. Don't do it!
Thank you so much for jewelry junkie I just love how much information you packed your video with
My only Issue with the jewelry is the base metal they set it all in. That could change color over time. By that I mean could it discolor over time?

I just made my first Swarovski purchase yesterday. It was their yellow gold tennis bracelet...Praise God, I Lo💛ve it✔✔💎✝️
Is it online? Can you share the link, please? I can't seem to oreder on Swarovski website.
@@b3rn4rddd No I ordered in my store
@@s.crockett5457 oh, in their physical store?
@@b3rn4rddd Yes. I live in Northern California
@@b3rn4rddd just look for swarovski on google or safari and depending on what country you live it will appear the website.

I went to the swarovski store in the Paris in Vegas and it was empty.
I love Swarovski. Their pieces are strong and last long. I have genuine diamonds as well on gold and enjoy both. 😊
I live 30 mins away from Swarovski factory here in Tyrol Austria.
No it’s just man made glass not real natural crystal from the ground. People need to stop being misled. People need to know the difference.
Yup, just waaayyy overpriced glass

It is the brand, the designs and the quality of craftsmanship that we pay. There's no way it is an investment
Someone could take a piece of plastic and make it look like a diamond and sell it for $500,000
Wow where can I buy these jewelry ?is at stores to
You’ll be happy it’s a Swarovski if you ever lose it.
So essentially Swarovski is for people who can’t afford diamonds
Really informative!
I just bought their signum pendant and i love it more than my real GIA Certified diamond necklace 🙈
Wait, these 'crystals' are mineral glass!!? That's bullshit

I bought a beautiful watch. And I buy beads to make my own jewelry
Better buy as many beads as you can because Swarovski is stopping the manufacturer of beads
Bless his heart ❤️ mr swarvski
I feel very small in this world even though I’m humongous!😂
I really love swarovski, but its no more the diamond for everyone.
So over priced cubic zirconia?
I think they also now make a man made Diamond for Engagement Rings.
Is this a commercial?
