Hi. I encountered the same challenge with the boom not shrinking as it should. In the end it got much better. Although my excavator is the previous model, it is very similar to the 94.
You can buy aftermarket metal boom and stick sets for the 1550 that should fit the 1594 as well. Should be able to find in aliexpress. Edit- a metal arm/boom probably wouldn't do much for the machine's performance apart from better stick articulation
It definitely will scratch a wooden floor. The Less expensive plastic track excavators would be better suited for that. The 1594 is pretty heavy because of the rebar they have for weight in the body.
Hi.. I just saw this video as I was desperately looking for answer to my huina 1594's malfunctioned median arm. It suddenly refused to lift higher. Do you think something could be done?
@@calixtemitchel3531 My local hobby shop had one that the owner ordered for themselves and never opened. He seemed happy to make a few bucks and probably ordered another for himself after making some money off me! Haha
Great Mods. Newer version does not have external limiter buttons for the arm. Here are the mods for newer version. ua-cam.com/video/FqsVscbd-zM/v-deo.html
You're great! I am Japanese! I can't speak English sorry・・・Very sorry. I have Huina 1593! I want to remodel? modify? convert? Machine operation method is "ISO" pattern ← Standard I want Japanese Komatsu pattern! I want left Knob Turning to front and back. I want right Knob arm move to left and right. Can you customization ? I want to learn! Sorry!
I got to mess with stuff also can't help it . I've destroyed a few circuit boards on a few excavators lol. But I have the new 1594 and was curious if there is a Way to tighten the tracks ? I also have a top race tr211k . It's the cheaper plastic model of the tr211m but the transmitter fell apart basically and top race is no help think they discontinued the 211k but I can't find a transmitter anywhere. My question is a receiver board and transmitter from a 1593 should work shouldn't it? Their basically the same exact thing both are 22 channel . Any help or ideas would be much appreciated... thanks
Great job💪 i like those lights on top😃
Touching the tracks with the bucket makes it a lot more realistic.
Nice work from a fellow let’s see how it works guy. New subscriber from Australia 🇦🇺
Awesome mods man i might try some on my 1530 once i upgrade it to servo motors

Cool video man, thanks! Part of me wants to mold and pour a mold of the arm and body in metal. Possibly not enough beer. 😂

Hopefully we will see an aftermarket aluminum boom arm before long.
@@inphiknit the steel arm for the 1580 works great. I wound up swapping the arm to the steel one and it works well even with the stock screw servos.
You should upload the kill switch installation and guide video.
Thanks for the details, anyway.
It's hard for me not to mod or change something on everything. That's just what I like to do. I love to tinker with things.
Excavator cute 🥰
J'adore modifier aussi👍🏻
Looking to get one of these, do you think the metal tracks would damage a wooden floor if I used it inside?

Does the arm still move or is it not lifting higher after making these mods?
The 1594 is the best huina model.

still not much info out on the 1594
What would you like to know?
@@roostermccb How do limit switches work on the secondary arm-more magnets, cause mine has no switches.

The only way i can think off is by using a different radio controller and receiver. This way you can really costumized your rc.😃
