Good video. I had a poodle and he would have seizures if I gave him any sausage. Poor thing. I'm a meat eater. :) Just like meat and veggies. My friend and I have a fixer upper house. One step at a time. We are up there in the years. We may have to hire a few people to fix things. Hopefully we sell the place and just retire in another state. I have done mushrooms with teriyaki when doing Asian style dishes. I think Liz's favorite is maybe a tablespoon of finely diced onions in a cast iron pan with butter, sauté for a couple minutes then just fill the pan with sliced mushrooms. Let that stay on a medium heat for a while, can take 20 minutes or more, keep adding butter as needed. It takes a while because you don't want to burn the butter, onions or mushrooms. But, Dang, when they are done, they are so delicious.
