Your camping journeys remind me of the ones we were taking 20 and 30 years ago. Late nights, setting up camp in the dark and thoroughly enjoying the whole adventure.
Yep, it seems like camping and travel was much more laid back the it usually is these days. Lots of old pictures of people stopped off on the side of the road just fixing up lunch for the family.
