great video, how do you count music and talk and teach? I'm interested in teaching, just feel like that part is confusing, how do you remember what number of reps your on... if your talking...

Hi Patricia. There is so much to learn and practice in being able to count music, talk and teach...all at the same time. It comes with learning the technical side of it all, and then practice, practice, practice. I have a full Barre Teacher Training course that teaches you all these skills if you are keen to learn, and I also have a Barre Teacher Starter Kit, which gives you an overview of the basics.
