- The plaintiff and his former friend agreed on renting a lake house together. The plaintiff says he gave a portion of money to the defendant to pay for the trip, but the defendant switched the intended rental location, and the plaintiff was no longer interested. The defendant won’t return the money, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant alleges he and 30 people got together to rent the house, and the plaintiff just tried to back out the last minute.

How does the defendant not understand even slightly, that what he did was unacceptable, it's called a switcheroo, you can't sell one thing and then give something else. It's not like it was just down the road, it was an additional 3 hours drive, how does he not get it?...

it's sad that the defendant doesn't understand what he did wrong. it's so simple people, just switch the circumstances around. instead of "he rented a house and i changed it, he's being unreasonable", change it to "i rented a house and then HE changed it". the second you do that, suddenly it makes sense. why is it so hard in this day and age? why has everyone lost their empathy??
Nah they pay for them to get there.. They don't pay for the judgement that is why people who lose are upset... Get your facts straight... I know someone who lost on this show and they are still trying to dodge the judgment... 🙄🙄🙄
The pay for the appearance and the judgement. That’s why people come on the show, because in most cases they’d never collect.

Oh you will love the shopping out here! Soooo many (HUGE!) malls! But you can find many restaurants here as well. Food from all over the world. However, I’d suggest to go to some local restaurants that are located outside of downtown Dubai. They are cheaper and quality is great! The people are super nice. Everyone speaks English. I’m here to enjoy the sunshine, by the way 😄 oh, and also very important.. it is super safe here. I’m a woman travelling alone. This is one of the safest places to travel to in my opinion. 😊 UAE (United Arab Emirates) is lovely for a few days (for me it’s only a 7 hour flight away. From the USA it’s a lot longer, then I’d suggest to visit Oman as well ☺️
