This seems very staged. I miss the other show where it’s clear the litigates were real people. Kind of hard to relate to the supermodels suing each other.

The shoulder should count as a prior condition, I'd say. Once you dislocate a joint, the easier it is to do again. The fact that he dislocated it ducking and knew how to put it back in himself leads me to believe that he has dislocated it a bunch of times before and it moves out of place easily. I don't think he should have been reimbursed for his PT for it.

Okay so I get that she's a liar and it's not okay what she did and he definitely should have dumped her! PS I work for the United States postal service, and it is absolutely a federal crime to open somebody's mail you have literally no right to do something like that. I had a guy lie to me about his age. I was 21 and he also said he was 21. Several weeks later we are out bowling with his family. He was swearing a lot and his mom made the comment “ever since you turned 18……”. I chicken necked so fast! Like damn man.
