BJJ Kids Anti Bullying

In this video my son and I are demonstrating some moves the can learn in Jiu-Jitsu for self defence. The goal here is to teach the kids how to protect themselves and give them confidence.
After a quick demonstration of self defence and had fun with a nice sparring.
