Why does the link to the build list not work, we'll it works but there is no info when you get to site ? Awesome content thank you so much for what you do and God bless him and his family
You are the only one I have ever seen that does an in depth how to with specific instructions and where to get all the right equipment and parts without having to spend a million dollars. Thanks for being so informative and helpful with all you do Jason!
Thanks man great vibes love it. Wanna start my own business but I just wanna do my research. What do you recommend for chemical house wash and roof tile machine to use?
Im trying this connection with a pressure washer from a big box store but finding it hard to follow your diagram. Help would greatly appreciated. Thanks
Thank you for taking the time to teach this stuff! Why would you not be able to do roof cleaning with this setup? Also what size tank would be good for the 8gpm pump?
I see there's a inlet hose and bypass hose running to and from the pump via unloader valve to circulate cool water (keep pump cool) and of course supply the pump with water. I also note the chemical injection line going into the high pressure hose. But not sure about the line going back to the tank from the high pressure hose at the tee. What is the purpose there and how does it work?
I've been searching for months and months for a detailed, step by step build video like this. Thanks so much Jason. Have you had good results washing brick and stucco with this dowstream setup?
Appreciate the video, just starting my own PW business. Going to be using my Harbor Freight 4x8 trailer, 13hp Motor with a 4gpm pump, 2-150ft hose reels and a 65 Gallon tank but may downsize to the 35 gallon now that I see you setup. Mine is a direct drive setup so was worried about water flow from the tank do you think I'd need a booster pump or not?
Jason, you're the man. I really appreciate all the Info you provide and have used a lot of it in my own business. Quick question if you don't mind. What size surface cleaner is that and what nozzles do you use? I have the same pump and use a 21" with a 2 nozzle bar 25025 nozzles and it just doesn't seem to have enough pressure. Thanks man, keep up the great work.
Hey bud, I’m guessing with the 55 gallon soap tank you would have to batch mix with your surfactant? Is there a way to plumb two separate tanks (SH tank / surfactant tank) to your downstream injector?
I may have the opportunity to obtain a used Water Cannon 5.5 GPM 2500 PSI. This will jump start us. Now we need to sign up more customers. Thanks for your videos.
What size fittings are you using coming out of your tank? Is it 3/4” or 1”? My 3/4” set up is producing close to 5gpm which doesn’t feel like enough for 5.5gpm unit
Power Washing alright. Because my gut dropped out of me when I did the 5gal bucket test and it was at exactly 5gal but that unit is 5.5. I don’t want to starve the unit but I want to know if it will work this way before I buy all new plumbing.
Power Washing I haven’t had my tank hooked up to the unit yet. This was just me running my garden hose to my 35gal tank and 3/4” fittings and hose though my filter and into 5 gal buckets
At 7:20 when you talk about the chem injector valve, what's the purpose? Is it only to negate the need for a chem injector bypass? A bypass would still allow more flow when you are rinsing or surface cleaning.....??????
Hi Jason, Why can't you do a roof with a 2500 PSI @ 5.5 gpm? Is it because you don't have enough PSI? I seen some videos with guys using a 4000 psi @ 4.0 gpm (belt drive) to clean roofs. Just curious.
Do u guys get paid by someone for these informative videos ?? If you can't come up with the investment from somewhere to do it right..Then don't go back to cutting grass or whatever because this video is confusing its dark and can barely understand you..Why invite competitors into your area ??
Check out all parts list and everything used for this build
www.pressurewashhelp.com/buildlist/
Where do you recommend I buy the 5.5?
Any place that has them in stock. And I'm not being mean. You will have to call around.
Didn't find the link to details
Why does the link to the build list not work, we'll it works but there is no info when you get to site ? Awesome content thank you so much for what you do and God bless him and his family
Been deep in the pressure washing rabbit hole and you have the most forward guidance on this stuff. Thank you - Jason
Thanks Jason. I just try to help people be successful.
Would I be able to roof wash if I had ladders with a 5.5??
Yes
Great video, I’m trying to buy a direct drive 4gpm,4000psi, Do u know wish one will be better

Awesome glad I could help
You are the only one I have ever seen that does an in depth how to with specific instructions and where to get all the right equipment and parts without having to spend a million dollars. Thanks for being so informative and helpful with all you do Jason!

Thank you so much for your insight great content starting to fallow you now
Great video
Thanks for watching
What hose reels is this im trying to find the same u have there
This was the titan Rios they're probably out of stock
Hey jason what size down stream injector for a 4gpm machine and also does the cat pump plumb the same way thanks
Thanks man great vibes love it. Wanna start my own business but I just wanna do my research. What do you recommend for chemical house wash and roof tile machine to use?
Hey Jason thanks for the video how much is that Pressurewash will cost
2500 psi 5.5 gpm is around $1500
If you go 4gpm 4000 psi you looking at $1000 total setup here i have $3000
Im trying this connection with a pressure washer from a big box store but finding it hard to follow your diagram. Help would greatly appreciated. Thanks
What do you need help with now?
@@kingofpressurewash on the diagram I dont see where to connect the 3/4 ball valve, the 3 way valve, and the high pressure valve.
Thank you for the information but how do you bleed your pump and hoes with water before you start it with a buffer tank?
It does it by itself
Thank you for taking the time to teach this stuff! Why would you not be able to do roof cleaning with this setup? Also what size tank would be good for the 8gpm pump?
For roofs it is not strong enough chemical. You can get away with a 65 gallon buffer tank for 8 gpm machine
It’s my three-way valve. So when I turn my soap off I turn water on so it will clean out that downstream injector
@@kingofpressurewash OK I think I get it now, it pulls water from the tank to clean out the injector. Thanks!
What size trailer do you use
Mike Coughlin this trailer is 12' but I'm gonna put my Christmas lights training stuff in it also
Thank you im in the process of buying an enclosed yrailer for a wash trailer and didnt want it to be to small or to big
I've been searching for months and months for a detailed, step by step build video like this. Thanks so much Jason. Have you had good results washing brick and stucco with this dowstream setup?
brick yes you may have to go straight sh with stucco or xjet or dedicated pump for stucco
You should be ok
Not sure I understand the water tank, does it fill up when the pressure washer is not being used to help save the pump?
Yes and also allow the pump to circulate water when not pulling the trigger
Enjoying the progress of the build.👍 thanks Jason
Awesome thanks for watching
just curious why isnt roof cleaning possible with this?
Should I be down streaming when they have outdoor carpet on porches?
travise5284 usually it won't hurt it if it outdoor carpet. Test it in a small spot first
How big of a soap/chem tank would you recommend for this washer?
If your only gonna do pressure washing and no roof cleaning you can get away with two 35 gallon tanks
Power Washing what of I would get into roof cleaning later. How many tanks then?
Behind Enemy Lines you can get away with 30 but I like at least 50. You can’t go bigger than 100 gallons
20 inch surface cleaner not sure what tips
Hey bud, I’m guessing with the 55 gallon soap tank you would have to batch mix with your surfactant? Is there a way to plumb two separate tanks (SH tank / surfactant tank) to your downstream injector?
Never mind. That was a stupid question.
I may have the opportunity to obtain a used Water Cannon 5.5 GPM 2500 PSI. This will jump start us. Now we need to sign up more customers. Thanks for your videos.
thats awesome
This is the best "How to get started video" I've seen.
Let me know if you need anything else answered for you
And what model # is that particular pressure washer? They have 3 different 5.6 gpm 2500psi units with different model numbers.
Call Lisa at power wash store pa
What size fittings are you using coming out of your tank? Is it 3/4” or 1”? My 3/4” set up is producing close to 5gpm which doesn’t feel like enough for 5.5gpm unit
Jordan Stallman I'm 3/4 all the way
Power Washing alright. Because my gut dropped out of me when I did the 5gal bucket test and it was at exactly 5gal but that unit is 5.5. I don’t want to starve the unit but I want to know if it will work this way before I buy all new plumbing.
Jordan Stallman you also have to remember hose and friction loss of the hose.
How much pressure hose did you have on it
Power Washing I haven’t had my tank hooked up to the unit yet.
Yes it would and also keeps it cleaned out so the ball and spring last longee
It's all unavailable on Amazon now.
Hi Jason,
Why can't you do a roof with a 2500 PSI @ 5.5 gpm? Is it because you don't have enough PSI? I seen some videos with guys using a 4000 psi @ 4.0 gpm (belt drive) to clean roofs.
Just curious.
With roof cleaning we want to do soft washing to get a hotter mix and no pressure
Man I appreciate you taking the time to show this video!!
Thanks for watching it
Shalom to you and family 🤓, happy fourth 🇺🇸, thank you!
Thanks man Happy Independence Day To you🎆🎇🎆🎇🎆
