@@TatroMachine you have no idea what's going on with size at the mid point, or the bottom of those bores. They could be easily be tapered, or out of round with intermittent cutting, or uneven tool pressure. I don't want to rain on your parade, but it's sloppy work at best, and I would have gotten my ass handed to me, and fired right out the door using your measuring methods. Sorry !

thats crude measuring using only a vernier. No depth mic, or inside mic ? You would never do my machining !
and yet i can hold a couple of thou faily eaisly. it must be all luck.
