ElvisistheMan _ Elvis has the talent and ability to completely rearrange a songs and make an entirely different song. His artistry is phenomenal and it’s no wonder he was dubbed “king of rock and roll”

It is touching to watch the handsome E, in his beautiful colorful shirt, composing and singing a wonderful melody at the piano that is pleasant, timeless and steals people's hearts and souls. Thanks✌️👑👼♥️🫶🌞
I always felt he could’ve done so much more with his talents, if he wasn’t so caught up with being the image. Talented man. He really had a love for music watching him in this.
I get your drift and sympathies with your thoughts completely. But consider who Elvis became? He was and is the greatest of all time. He lived the image, and he will continue to be the goat for the foreseeable future.
This is Elvis in his own little safe heaven doing what comes naturally, with a bonus of him on piano, just perfect.he is in his own little world here. Such poignant lyrics at a time in his life where they must be so real and raw for him , his vocals top class, delivered with sincerity, its so visable at times he's even struggling to get the words out. Hi infectious laugh and tongue in cheek grin, so sad to imagine how he's really feeling inside.
Thank you for posting this. Ever since I saw this small clip in That’s The Way It Is I’ve always wanted to hear it in its entirety. There’s nothing so pure than hearing just Elvis and a piano. We know that Elvis played the piano and sang almost every night. I just wish he had a tape recorder recording himself through the years.
Watching him here.. it's a little emotional to watch...maybe the sweet simplicity of just him and a piano making beautiful music together.Thank you for all the effort and great content you bring to your channel.🌻
One of my favorite EP ballads of the 70's. Love its lyrics and pleasing melody. With this SONG, thru the THAT's the WAY album, I happened to influenced ONE male teenage non-EP FAN, also during the 70's to be in the fold of the ELVIS WORLD. It became his obsession to have a copy of the LP and really he got it bought right away. This younger guy (than me then) started to collect other EP records. And to this DAY, just like me, he got so terribly addicted to ELVIS ON TOUR docufilm!!!
THAN YOU ELVIS THE MAN. O A A 63YRS FAN SINCE I WAS 11YRS OLD. I LOVE 1956THRU 1977. HE WAS STILL HANSOME IN THE END TO ME. LIKE A LOVE ONE, YOI ALWAYS REMEMBER THEM ,THE WAY THEY LOOKED THE FIRST TIME YOU YOUR EYES MET. THAT VOICE IMPROVED WIYH AGE. WISH HE COULD OF STAYED WITH US A CUOUPLE OF MORE DECADES A.K.A ELVIS JUNKIE
Hi, Matt Stone told me about ur channel. I have seen Matt and he is absolutely wonderful. I love know there r people out there who still love Elvis like I do. Especially someone as young as Matt. Thank you for keeping the King alive.
Thanks for sharing; I needed this! I'm guessing that this is the entire song for which a snippet remains from TTWII of Elvis playing piano and singing to himself while John Wilkinson looks on? So sweet to catch him in these candid moments. I have a feeling that Baz could make a multi-bluRay set of unused video from TTWII from both studio and stage sessions - plus more candid moments like this.
Hi David, I really enjoyed that. It bought tears to my eyes. How cool was he and such a sweet centred soul. Thanks for posting this David. I don't know why I hadn't picked up on this video before. Thank you xxx 💝
If Colonel Porker just left Elvis, he could have dominated the charts until hid untimely demise. But here, Elvis was just the collest Cat that ever owned the hsndle of "King". His voice was incredible. His charisma knew no boundaries.
Amazing-he never could read music. I play piano and I’m always fascinated by those who play by ear. Now to be fair, he’s just accompanying himself which is not THAT hard, but I don’t think I could do what he did so easily . He had a great ear. Neither could Scotty, Bill or DJ read music, not James Burton or Glen Hardin either. Not sure about the rest of his band. Jerry Lee Lewis played by ear too, just amazing.
I've always thought that had Elvis lived, and AFTER he hopefully would've fired the Colonel, he would've ended up touring the world, doing all that, maybe recording some songs that were made famous by other artists(I've always thought that "True" by Spandau Ballet, was a PERFECT song for Elvis to cover). Then by the late 80's, early 90's, made his show more intimate like the sit down segments of the 68 Special, and continued to record.
ElvisistheMan......in some parts of this video, you can see he is clearly singing but in other parts, he isn't ...have you taken a clip of his voice and added it to this incredible video
He could play the piano and guitar ok, but with more practice he would of been better. I would of loved seeing him sitting at the piano on stage with that amazing voice singing this. Instead of him doing those silly karate demos. Sad he lived his life being a image and not the real him and what he could of done.

I would still rather watch & listen to clips of Elvis is outtakes/cuts etc in comparison to anything of today
Most definitely
That’s because it’s real music.
great to see him so relaxed and „ at home“ with himself! it’s a beautiful song!
I wish we had more studio moments with E on the piano.
Amen
Taylor Gilligan I third that!
Same!
They have hundreds of hours of all kids of footage locked away for reasons we will never know but they wanna start digging them out

That was one talented individual and he really was individual...Totally unique.

Thanks man
pity we can hardly hear Elvis, you need to somehow turn his voice up
Beautiful. I've never heard the full rehearsal of this song. Can it be digitally enhanced?
💓🕊️💓🫂🎤🎶🎶😇✝️♾️✌🏻♥️
Does anyone know where this was recorded? Was it at the RCA studio B in Nashville by any chance??
Funny the guy just standing there looks like he is fixing something ... I'd be like having palpitations 😝🤣 multi talented !!!
Yeh that’s joe Esposito.. looks he’s doing some plumbing under that piano
I would be sitting on the floor at his feet...
just relishing the moment.....forget the repairs...( at least while
he is there)
It was ok is all I can say about it not great but good enough after all it is Elvis ☺😚👀
Ok I’ll keep trying lol
Full audio, but not video.
Very disappointed, its says the full song, not at all !!!

No, it's the original audio but only a small portion of the Video was released... so they've had to edit the visuals.... sorry for late reply 🙈
Not that I had anything to do with this Video .... just saw your question and thought I'd answer 😊
Really can't hear him not at all.
