Excellent sewing technique 👍👍
As a guy new to sewing this is invaluable. The whole series is. Thank you!
Thank you so much for doing these tutorials on the 4452!! I just bought this machine so this info is invaluable!! Best instructions online I've found so far!!
My wife was hemming up some stretchy pajamas she just got from Costco. I suggested the last stitch for the new hem, as it looked very much like the original hem, and should have been okay for the stretchy pajama fabric. Turned out very nice.
This is exactly what I am looking for. Thank you very much!
Love this! Thank you! I'm really enjoying all of these videos!
Thank you! I needed this!
Nice❤
Thank youuuu
When using the last two stitches, do you need to "backstitch" like with a normal straight stitch?
Do you back tack when using these stitches? And would these stitches be appropriate to hem a stretchy waffle weave type fabric dress (need to shorten a store bought dress)
Love your instructional videos for the 4452. Can you tell me why when trying to stitch thin knits the fabric gets pulled down inside the machine? What settings should I be using?
I know this question was a while ago but, try starting the seam with a piece of tissue paper underneath, extending beyond the start. It really helps me with thin fabrics, or starting to stitch on a point.
do you have a link for the ribbing ?
Did the needle move left when she increased the stitch width? It does on mine. That's the problem I am having can't change width when using red or blue stitches without having the needle move? Does anyone understand how to use this feature and know where and how to adjust needle. The manual is very vague.
Thank you! Are you using an overcasting foot?
looks like a regular foot on my machine
Dimitri: If she isn't the results would look even better. You do not have to use an overcast foot, but it helps and the results look very nice.
Do you back stitch?
Wait no reverse stitch needed for this?
