I would like to know which is your approach with the new years of experience requirement for visa in Germany. Are you goin to reduce the years required to enter the program to 2 years of relevant experience or it will stay in 3 ?.
Hi @mauriciotorres6815 We work with IT professionals who have at least 3 years of work experience because in this case, we can guarantee that there is a chance to get a job. If you have 2 years of experience, we cannot say that companies will consider your application. The hiring process and visa requirements are not connected.
how german companies background and experience check of employees?
Hi @asmr-webdev They can call your previous company or send an email, and ask about you. Also, they can request references.
I work as a data engineer at a top company in the US (Facebook) but want to move to Germany to avoid the H1B visa hassle. I have found that German companies don't even give me an interview. Do they generally look down on engineers from FAANG? Any advice?
Hi @i-love-germany-118 You are welcome to check our website and watch our video training www.findajobingermany.de/. Simply click on the video training link you find there. After that, we will analyze your profile.
Should we mention freelance experience in LinkedIn experience section?
For example I am a level 2 seller on Fiverr.
Hi @shahidmahmood3333 Sure. Freelancing is also considered as your work experience.

Hi @amangurjar9714 Data Engineers are in demand right now. Choosing between Data Engineering and Data Analytics, we would suggest to proceed as a Data Engineer.
