yes! but to answer your questions: she can travel under the seat in front of me inside a carrier because she is under the weight limit (I think it's usually around 20-25 lbs), each airline has different rules so I check ahead of time then usually have to call after booking the flight to confirm a pet in cabin and pay the fee (usually around $100 each way). she can't come on my lap she has to stay inside the carrier - sometimes they're chill and let me have the carrier on my lap.. also security is super easy! I just take her out of the carrier, take off her harness and walk through with her ☺
