This is certified therapeutic! Lovely, quiet cooking in beautiful surroundings. I was just thinking: in Denmark we remove the spongy underside of the mushroom because it has a very bitter taste. But apparantly you don't do that where you're from in Serbia..? :)

I added a cup of Giardiniera to this incredible stew and it added a new dimension of flavor, plus lots of garlic. One of the finest meals I have ever had. Can also make it with chicken, but don't cook it as long, chicken will completely shred.

Nikada pre nisam videla da se stavlja krem sir u muckalicu, zanimljivo. I definitivno je bolje da se paprike i luk prvo ispeku, oljuste i tek onda dodaju u muckalicu :) Super recept.
