The Bertazzoni team was terrible to deal with. They dont stand behind their product. I've had a defective oven from day one. I've called left messages with no resolve. Their team member,Tiffany, was so unprofessional she actually hung up on me because I was calling too many times to get the unit fixed. It seemed as if she got enjoyment out of hearing me get frustrated. They ended up offering me $100. to shut me up for a oven that I paid $4000.00 for, pretty pathetic seeing it's never worked properly. My family and I have gone threw several Holidays with no oven and had to take my 7 and 9 yoa children out for Thanksgiving dinner....Bertazzoni should be ashamed of themselves! Its cost me too much of my own money to get this oven fixed with no help from Bertazzoni....I'm done, I either want a new unit or my money back, not too much to ask for seeing that they have taken from me and my family! My wife should be able to cook a meal for our children! This unit cost me $4000.00 ! That's a lot of money for my family, we're not rich.
