I made an EXPENSIVE mistake! | Bank Fishing | Baisley Pond Park | New York | Vlog025

Baisley pond is the most difficult place to fish among all New York City Parks. Most bank area is shallow and soft and covered with tullies, there's only a few places you can access without getting filthy. But, it is also very rewarding!
The local fisherman told me that he caught a 8lber 3 years ago. I was not surprised, you know, with this much heavy cover, those bass has been well protected and the chances of catching a Mondo are High!!
Most of the bass around NYC are around 1-2 lb range, so I have been using M and ML power rod forever, it's been working fine for a long time, until today, I fished Baisley pond! Bring your baitcaster, boys!

lake is nearly 20 ft deep. at one time it was a source of drinking water for Brooklyn.

Did you catch any tag Bass i tag over 300 Bass in that pond that was my home town pond i also did a lot of cleaning of the pond the ppl that live around there like to dump there trash in the pond..
