Check out Blessed by a Broken Heart's Pedal to the Medal or Feel the Power. Unfortunately it wasn't quite enough time since the 80s passed (2006-2010) when they tried to do this sort of thing.

I remember in 1984 driving to Pittsburgh to see Dragonforce. The glam metal band was in town, so I had to go! That same week, Dune came out with The Police. Years later, it feels like people are coming back to the 1980s. Glad Dragonforce is going back to their roots!

This is much more accessible than their older music. They've slowed things down to focus more on melody. Just because you can shred doesn't mean you have to all the time! Great song!

The other way is to make fun of glam metal bands with a similar level of musical difficulty yet still making superior music. Thats the beauty of the power metal genera and dragon force is so good at what they do. Just before i get called a hater, im a huge motely crew fan, kiss, van hallen, guns and roses, all the greats. After months of listening to Dragonforce without seeing the music videos, I have to say, these guys must be hella fun to hang out with. I really got into their music and am glad to see they don’t take things too seriously, it’s refreshing actually.
