    majak has better muscle tone than some professional weight lifters who arent expected to be fit aswell. Should be proud of himself shows the hard work he puts in and the expectations of footy clubs these days

    Sometimes I wonder about our weights program at the club - no squats, deadlifts, cleans... But I assume it

    1st one they had a weight after and before, they should do it for the others as well

      +Garry Barry Always thought the same thing, but they have a strict diet and cant have a frothy at the end of the day haha

      Tom Brah Haha, but when you’re on a strict diet you don’t crave junk food anymore, it’s the beginning that is hardest. You just gotta get passed the first few months 🙂

    I'm very interested to know where you got the belts for your big belt squats from? If anyone can help me with this I'd appreciate it greatly. I've tried EBay and they only have the traditional dip/pull up belt.

      Mason Golding I know man they are athletes and their main priority is aerobic endurance, strength is secondary and they really only do weights in the off season, I'm just having a cheeky jab ;)
