I think this is a great series.
Everyone needs to be more open about mental health. It shouldn't be a taboo subject.
Men shouldn't feel like they're weak or soft.
People shouldn't be told "get over it, suck it up, we all get down sometimes" these words don't help, they only make it worse.
What a brave young man you are Majak for coming on the show and speaking about your struggles.
Well done for seeking help, and sticking with it.
