Its crazy how they roll the enchiladas so perfectly every time. also crazy that they do that all day at a very fast pace.
Looks extremely stressful. I’d be messing it up every several minutes.
I used to work at this exact plant. It’s in southern Oregon. Really interesting job, good pay also. They make a wide variety of food.

@@venividivici4253 depends what department you’re in, you perform the same tasks for your entire shift. Quality control, production, sanitation. You could be Mixing all day, or spraying machines down all day. You wash your hands, put on a smock, clock in, and go to work.
Do they give you discounts? I like Amy’s but a little on the pricier side.
Imagine getting distracted while working and then enchilada sauce or filling gets everywhere
We have peddals on the ground it usually never happens but, pipes do break and ruins the whole room lmao
To be fair...Amy's is a great company for frozen food. They never disappoint.
Yeah it's not the same as you get in a good Mexican restaurant, but this is an inexpensive frozen meal. Considering that, I was actually pretty impressed with the quality from the ingredients through the assembly and presentation. If you're trying to compare this to grandmas classic recipe or your favorite restaurant your expectations are pretty unrealistic.
The only decent frozen meals that come to mind, aside from pizzas, are Blake's pot pies and shepard's pie. The minimal ingredients definitely stand out from the usual fillers.
@@misschris325the particular ones in these videos aren’t too bad for a frozen burrito honestly. I saw them at a gas station and got a few diffuses specifically because I saw them in this how it’s made episode. Not bad at all for a frozen burrito

Amy's makes good, comparatively healthy frozen food. Just had these enchiladas a few nights ago.
The Amy's mushroom risotto bowl is really good with a bit of butter in it.
(I am not affiliated I just eat a lot of frozen dinners)
Now that I’ve seen how Amy’s makes it, I might go pick one up.
